Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai May 3, 2019 Written Update: Naira receives Mihir’s offer
Today in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we see how the Singhanias and the Goenkas celebrate the success of Naira's event. Later, Naira receives an offer letter from Mihir Kapoor.
In previous episode, we see Naira is surprised to spot Mihir while Kartik thanks him for the visit. Later, she is in a fix as the models fail to reach the event. After the fashion show, Naira and Kartik comes onstage and gets a pleasant surprise to see the crowd applause for them. The media asks Kartik whose idea it was and Kartik tells the media that from conceiving the show to the execution, it was Naira who had worked towards conducting a souk. Suhasini praises Kartik as she considered him to be the ideal husband. Later, Kartik comes onstage when the crowd had gone and tells the family that all the ready pieces were sold. Kartik tells everyone should be celebrating the success and starts dancing along with the Goenkas and the Singhanias. Naira expresses her concern to Kartik and tells him that she wondered what designer Mihir will write in his review.
In the meantime, Mihir’s staff comes and hands an envelope to Naira. She gets excited to read the invitation letter as Mihir Kapoor had offered her to work with him. Suhasini intervenes and tells Naira that she doesn’t have business sense as much as Kartik had, hence she suggested that Kartik or Akhil should go for the meeting. Seeing Suhasini find ways to pull Naira down, Kartik wanted to come forward and support Naira however, she stops him from arguing with Suhasini. Keeping Suhasini’s heart, Naira tells Kartik that she also thinks that she doesn’t know about the business as much as they did and that she won’t be able to handle the meeting alone. Kartik and Manish motivates Naira and tells her to go for the meeting as they had full confidence on her. Apart from Suhasini, the Goenkas and the Singhanias also motivated Naira to go for the meeting. The next morning, Naira and Kartik gets ready for the meeting while Devyani and Kaveri appreciated Naira for her dedication.
While Suhasini was trying to put Kartik up, Devyani and Kaveri appreciate Naira. Kartik and Naira reach Mihir’s office where he tells Kartik that the offer was only for Naira and not for a business house. He speaks direct and to the point which offends Kartik and Naira however Kartik keeps his feelings to himself. Mihir tells them that he wanted to collaborate with Naira as a designer for creating a unique line for his clients. He excuses himself and tells them to think about his offer and let him know while he will be waiting for them in the lounge. Just as he leaves, Naira tears the invitation letter and tells Kartik that they should leave. Here, in the Goenka house, Gayu tells everyone how she followed Mihir on social media and that Mihir had a beautiful girlfriend. Gayu also tells everyone that in one event she was about to compete with Mihir however she backed out seeing him participate. Just then Kartik and Naira returned home and Akhil asked Kartik about the meeting.
Kartik tells everyone that Mihir wanted to work with Naira as he needed a designer and he did wish to associate with the company. Manish and Akhil understood his vision while Suhasini did not like the idea of Naira working for someone else. She tells Naira to deny Mihir’s offer as she did not want her to go out of the company to work for someone else. Naira tells Suhasini that she had accepted the offer which made Suhasini angry. She blames Naira for taking the decision alone without feeling the need to consult the family about the step she was taking. Kartik intervenes and tells Suhasini that Naira did not wanted to accept the offer, however, he wanted Naira to work for Mihir as she had got the offer with her own efforts and hard work. Manish, Samarth and Gayu also backed Kartik’s decision and tells Suhasini that it was a very good opportunity for Naira which she shouldn’t leave.
