Today in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we see how Kartik's prayers are answered as Naira regains her memory. Later, they share a romantic moment in the rain.

In previous episode, we see how Kartik apologises to Naira while Kirti refuses to give up Krish. Kartik's repeated efforts to pacify a frustrated Naira fails as she keeps running away from him. Kartik gets angry on Lord’s ways of keeping him away from Naira. In the turn of the events, Naira regains the memories while Kartik prays to Lord Krishna to forgive his sins and to fill his life with the love of Naira. Naira runs towards the lake and falls unconscious. Kartik finds someone drowning in the lake, thinks of him to be Naira and goes to save her.
He finds a villager getting drowned while after a prolonged search, finds Naira near the lake. Kartik apologises to her for his irresponsible behaviour. Naira tells Kartik about her, regaining her memory and tells him that she had found the apology letter that Kartik had left for Naira. Naira also tells him that she had called him in the park when they had met with the accident and she lost her memory. Naira apologises to him for every moment he had to spend in regret, pain and sufferings.
They reconcile and have a moment in the rain. They both express their love for each other and Kartik rejoice seeing Naira get back to normal. Kartik thanked Lord Krishna for helping him and bringing back his happiness. Here, the Singhanias and the Goenkas worry about Kartik and Naira’s sudden disappearance. Later, Naira comes with a veil and trick Suhasini by playing a prank on her saying that she had got her married to Kartik long back in the village. On asking who she was, Suhasini gets surprised seeing Naira regain her memory.
