Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai July 29, 2019 Written Update: Kairav gives Kartik a pleasant surprise
Today in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we see how surprised to see Kairav, Swarna tells the Goenkas how he is related to Kartik while Vansh is displeased. Later, Kartik insists on meeting Kairav's mother.
In the last episode, we see how Kairav accompanies Vansh to the Goenka mansion to prove that Kartik is his father. Later, Naira follows them, unaware of the shock awaiting her. Kairav comes to the Goenka Villa and runs into Kartik’s arms, who gets surprised to see him there. While the Goenkas were baffled to see an unknown child claiming Kartik to be his father, Vansh questions Kartik about Kairav being his son. Kairav sees Suhasini and calls her a child-abductor and runs towards her. Suhasini tells Kartik that Kairav was the same child who accused her in Goa and everyone laughs at Kairav’s innocence and Suhasini’s annoyance. Kartik asks Kairav whether or not his mother knew about he coming to the Goenka house. Kairav tells Kartik that his mother did not know about he, coming there. Kartik gets upset as he thought Kairav’s mother will accuse him for misleading Kairav.
Meanwhile, Lisa tells Naira to go inside and get Kairav. Seeing her hesitation, she questions Naira about the reason. Naira tells Lisa that the bungalow that Kairav had gone into, belonged to Kartik and that she cannot go inside. Lisa tells Naira that it cannot be a co-incidence and tells her to trust God’s plan. Lisa motivates Naira and tells her to stop Kartik’s engagement and start her life with him again. Naira tells Lisa that she cannot come in between Kartik and Vedika, as they were about to start a new life together. Naira requested Lisa to go and bring Kairav out.
Here, Suwarna tells the entire family that Kairav considered Kartik to be his father and Kartik wants everyone to support him, until he manages to find his mother and talk to her about him. The Goenkas agree to play along while Vansh continuously asked Kartik about how Kairav claimed to be his son. Kartik asks Kairav how did he manage to find him and wanted to know how did he come to Udaipur. Kairav had questions of his own and kept Kartik engaged in his own questions.
Lisa hesitantly comes inside while Kartik wondered where his mother was. Lisa tells Kartik that Kairav’s mother was busy and that she cannot come. Kartik puts pressure on Lisa and tells her that he would not let Kairav go, until his mother came. Lisa helplessly calls Naira to inform her about the proceedings. Naira tells Lisa that she cannot come inside and that she will have to manage herself and make a fake story, so that she could bring Kairav out. Kartik takes Lisa aside and tells her how careless Kairav’s mother was. Lisa requested Kartik to send Kairav with him as Naira will not be able to come. Kartik sternly tells Lisa that he will not let Kairav go without meeting his mother. Later, Suhasini and Manish tells Kartik that since he would be busy in the function, he should not stop Kairav at home and send him with Lisa.
