Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is about to bring about a storm in the lives of Kartik and Naira, and up next, here is what will happen.
Katrik )Mohsin Khan) tries his best to hid about Naksh and Keerti's accident from Naira (Shivangi Joshi). However, though he sends her home, and everyone has to put a show for her. Naira goes onto say how she has done everything needed for Keerti's birthday and will want everyone to help her carry it forward. Both Akhilesh and Manish reach the hospital, and just then, Naksh opens his eyes as regains consciousness. On getting up, he begins to look up for Keerti.
Kartik tires to handle the situation and have things in place, but Naksh wishes to know where Keerti and he is adamant about it. Hence, Naksh tells him that she has gone into coma. While Naira is still unaware of everything that is happening, it is only when she figures something off that I understood. Since Naira feels something is wrong about what is going on, she makes Kartik speak up and it is then that he tells her what is wrong and that Keerti is in coma.
