In the upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Kartik and Naira will try to convince the investors not to withdraw their funds from the proposed project.
After Purushottam Ajmera aka Puru Mama withdraws his financial support from the Mall project, the Goenkas had to incur a loss of Rs 500 crores which has landed them in deep financial crisis too. Now, the investors who had previously invested their money due to the association with Puru Mama's brand name, are now asking back their funds. Naira tries to sort things out as she asks for a day from the investors in order to solve the matter.
Fortunately, the investors agree with Naira and give her a day's time. On behalf of Kartik and others, Naira convinces the investors that she will surely come up with a back up plan which will help them in resuming the same project as per their previous plans. On the other hand, Kartik thanks Naira for being able to convince the investors to give them some time to sort out the problem. However, the damage has already been done as the Goenka's face terrible financial crisis as a result of Puru's revenge. This creates a lot of stress and pressure on Manish who then suffers a heart attack. The doctors inform Kartik and Naira that Manish needs to underdo surgery in order to unblock his arteries.
Naira and Kartik now have a lot of pressure on their heads. Badi Dadi tries to encourage Naira when she feels like she's losing hope.
