Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 22nd September written update

The men and women are shocked to see each other at the police station. Questioning why the women are there in those clothes, but the women question them back. They keep taunting each other for the actions that has brought them to the police station and they argue with each other. The men defend themselves saying they were brought here by mistake and Naira tells Chachu, that the same happened with them too. Karthik taunts Naira saying, don’t lie, why else would you be in weird clothes, roaming around in the middle of the night. Obviously you must have done something. At this point the women narrate what really happened and how while playing Rukmini aunty went outside the house, which is why they followed. Then the men ask them that irrespective of what happened, why are they at the police station?

Naira agitated says, how can you say that when even you are here and the women back her up. 

Then Naira and Karthik start arguing again childishly, and they in mock anger decide not to talk to each other, and Naira questions Karthik about the Junk on his jacket. Karthik then asks her about the black gents jacket. And Naira irritated says that whosoever jacket it is, she will send it back to. This leads to Naira revealing that there was a dancer who had come to entertain them. And Karthik mistakenly reveals that the men had visited a dancer bar by mistake. The men are furious at him for telling this to the women. 

Naira gets angry. And questions her brother and father and they continue to argue until the inspector asks them to shut up and asks them to be put into a lock up. 

At this point the lawyer, Dilip arrives. 

They go back to the house, all subdued and ashamed of the night’s happenings until suddenly they all burst out laughing at the humour in the events that took place and joke about the previous night. They then talk about how having family means everything.

The next morning Karthik wakes up and sees that it is 12.00pm in the alarm, and suddenly freaks out seeing a head of a doll. Naira calls him a scary-cat but when she sees the time, even she freaks out that it is so late and that they were still sleeping. Karthik wants to go back to sleep. But Naira tells him to wake up because there is a lot of work, since the Mehendi ceremony is in the evening. But Karthik stops her as she is about to leave throwing the wig of the doll onto her, and asks her to entertain him by dressing up the way she dressed up for the hens party.  
Naira mockingly flirts back at him, puts the wig on his head, gives hima warning to get to work and leaves. 
All the women are anxious and busy preparing for the evening ceremony. Karishma is worried that her clothes have not arrived as yet. Then Naitik also questions the women about his Kurtha when an ecstatic Naksh comes, and tells everyone that they have got the official letter for Krishna Luxury Resort, the property that he was interested in. Everyone congratulates him and is proud of him at opening the resort. 
The women ask him to go and inform Keerthi of the same, but Naskh looks a little apprehensive, saying he will tell everyone after the signing of papers. He then says that he has to go for a while and will be back soon, to which the ladies say, that today is his Mehendi ceremony how can he go. 

None the less, he manages to convince them but Naitik says that only on the condition that he takes Keerthi along. But Naksh tries to brush this off, by giving reasons. 
But the women tease him and he finally agrees to take her along on the condition that he won't ask Dadi about it, but he is sent to do so, all the same.  

Karthik and Naira are sharing a romantic moment and he is complaining about his phone not having sufficient space, so she asks him to delete some photos or videos. While going through the videos he sees a video of Naksh and wonders what it is. Just when he is about to play the video, Dadi arrives worried if the sweets have been booked, and Karthik says that he will confirm it, and asks her not to worry. Dadi tells Naira to look into the decorations, and then goes from person to person asking each one of them, if the preparation is happening. At that point Naksh arrives, and calms her down. The remaining family members tease him and ask him why he's here so early when the ceremony is actually in the evening. He then tells them that the place he was looking at for his resort has been finalised. And asks for permission if he can take Keerthi along with him and Naira and Karthik as well. But Dadi, is worried that the ceremony will be affected by this, and asks him if he could go the next day. But Karthik supports him, and says that Naksh is so excited about this, that his dream is coming true, so why would he want to delay anything. And requests Dadi to let him go with Keerthi. And the other family members support him. And Dadi agrees. Keerthi is very happy and Naksh thanks Dadi. They are then asked to come back fast and bring Keerthi’s jewellery on time too. Dadi prays as they leave. 

At 5, everyone is excited to leave, but the mehendi ki thali falls, and everyone is worried that it is a bad omen. But they brush it off and leave. 
Naksh on the way thanks everyone for coming with him, and they are excited to get back. Keerthi and Naksh feel shy. And Keerthi feeds him a snack, and they share a romantic moment. But suddenly they see a blockage and commotion on the road. They tell them the way is blocked, because the bridge has said some accident. They tense up because of the delay and call Dadi to tell her about the delay. Everyone gets worried at home. Dadi gets angry, saying they shouldn't have gone, and Naksh apologises, but Dadi says it’s ok. They are then thinking of a solution.
