Tujhse Hai Raabta July 24, 2019 Written Update: Doctor confirms Atharva's mental illness

The episode starts with recap of what happened in the previous episode. Malhar thinks Atharva is pretending and shows aggression. Malhar forces him out and Atharva falls down. Mugdha tells Malhar that he cannot physically assault Atharva and that she has court orders. A lawyer hands a letter to Malhar in which it's specified that no one can file a complaint against Atharva and he cannot be punished. Mugdha tells Malhar that she cannot wait to punish Atharva however he is not the same person. She assures him that once Atharva gets well she will step forward and give a statement against him. She tells Malhar that she will never forget what Malhar has done for her. Malhar says that he will cure Atharva and is about to hit him when Atharva runs and hides behind Kalyani. She gets annoyed and Malhar asks him to get away from Moksh and Kalyani. Malhar says that he will take Atharva to the doctor to which Mugdha says that she will go with him. Pallavi explains to Aao Saheb and others that Atharva is not pretending. She shows pictures of Balu and of her mother. Kalyani thinks that she shouldn't have tied her hair like that and unties her hair. Mugdha tells everyone that the tests confirm that Atharva has in reality turned into a 5 year old kid. Atharva sings a song and Pallavi is convinced that he is a 5 year old Atharva.

He leaves and go back to Kalyani. She gets annoyed and asks him to stop the drama. Mugdha tells them that Atharva needs their support and leaves from there. Malhar asks Atharva if he'll have a chocolate. He tells everyone that he is genuinely taking Atharva to eat a chocolate and that he won't do anything to Atharva in this condition. Malhar and Kalyani take Atharva to a dark room and tell him that they will give him chocolate if he plays a game with them. Kalyani asks him to shut his eyes and to countdown till 10. While Atharva has his eyes closed, Malhar puts oil around him in a circle. Malhar tells Kalyani that since he's afraid of fire he will tell the truth. Even after he is surrounded by fire Atharva doesn't look scared. Malhar tells Kalyani that he is pretending. Atharva jumps over the fire and while doing so he burns his leg. Pallavi and Aao Saheb arrive there and accuse Malhar of trying to burn Atharva. Kalyani tries to douse the fire with a blanket. Kalyani tells Aao Saheb that they want to know the truth hence they did what they did. Pallavi tells them that Atharva was not afraid of fire till he was 10 years old.

Pallavi tells them that Atharva is not lying. Aao Saheb tells Malhar that he cannot hurt a mentally ill person. Pallavi tells Sampada that it's her test too and tells her that her love needs her support. Pallavi goes out to get ice when Sampada closes the doors and pounces on Atharva. He smudges chocolate on Sampada's face and shouts out to Kalyani that Sampada is hitting him. Sampada makes him sit on the bed. Anupriya and Sarthak look through the window and wonder if it is the truth. Anupriya and Sarthak discuss about how strong Malhar and Kalyani are as a couple. Aao Saheb and Aparna come there and ask Anupriya why she arranged for a Pooja without asking her. Anupriya tells her that she doesn't need to ask to take decisions for her daughter. Sarthak tells her that the Pooja will be conducted on Malhar's side of the house. Just then Waman comes and Aao Saheb tells him that he doesn't have self respect that he's come back after getting insulted. Aao Saheb tells them that he cannot meet Aparna without her permission. Malhar tells them that he is come to assist him as part of his police force. Kalyani tells Waman not to be sad and not to worry. Kalyani assures him that they will reunite him and Aparna. Anupriya explains to Kalyani about the Pooja and the benefits of the Pooja. She tells her about the traditional aspects of the Pooja. Kalyani asks if there is any entertainment in the Pooja. Anupriya tells her about the various games played during the Pooja. Kalyani tells that even men should observe fast for women. Anupriya urges Kalyani to observe fast and actively participate in the Pooja
