Tujhse Hai Raabta April 29, 2019 Written Update: Kalyani arrives and shows video evidence in Malhar's favour
Today we see despite Kalyani showing video evidence of .Malhar's character judge gives the custody of Moksh to Sampada.
The episode starts with Malhar saying that everyone is lying. Sarthak asks Malhar to calm down. Atharva's lawyer shows video evidence to prove Malhar guilty. Anupriya tells Sarthak that Kalyani is missing. Malhar threatens Aao Saheb that if anything happens to Kalyani then he will destroy them all. The judge is about to make a verdict in favour of Sampada when Kalyani arrives there with Moksh. Aao Saheb reminds her of the deal and says that she broke it so soon. Kalyani says that even she broke her promise of no one giving a statement against Malhar. Kalyani says that even she has some video evidence which proves that Sampada had eloped and Malhar is a good father.
She also says that Malhar never misbehaved with her and that he was initially upset with her because of Sampada's letter. She says that Malhar loves his son more than anyone else and that she must have done some good deeds in the past life to get a husband like Malhar. Anupriya also gives a statement in favour of Malhar. Judge says that it is clear from the video that Malhar is a good father and Sampada eloped hence is not a good mother. The judge asks Kalyani if the signature on the divorce papers were taken forcibly. Kalyani nods in agreement. Judge announces that they are still married and need to stay with each other for baby's sake. Kalyani is upset with the verdict and throws the ink from the judge's table.
Malhar and Sampada express that they don't want to live with each other. The judge calls a break and says the verdict will be announced after the break. Malhar saves Kalyani and Moksh from a falling construction. Kalyani tells Malhar that she cannot stay away from Moksh and him.
