Tujhse Hai Raabta April 25, 2019 Written Update: Malhar get a court notice for Moksh's custody
Today we see how Malhar is about to be reunited with Kalyani when he gets a court notice from Sampada for Moksh's custody.
The episode starts with Anupriya telling Atul not to cause problems for Kalyani. She asks Kalyani to go as Malhar is waiting for her. Anupriya tells her to go from the door and not the window. She says she wants to see who can stop her today. Anupriya is leaving the room and tells Atul not to question her about her life and exits the room. Sarthak leaves Malhar saying that Kalyani is coming. Malhar practices saying sorry to Kalyani. Kalyani arrives there and is impressed looking at the decoration. Malhar clarifies that he has not done the decoration. Kalyani gets disappointed and says that she should have thought of this before and says to herself that this cannot be arranged by Malhar. They argue for a bit and fall on each other and a romantic song plays in the background as they roll over in a heap of flowers.
They get up and Kalyani tells Malhar that if he wants to say sorry then he may else she will leave. Malhar says sorry. He goes down on his knees and apologizes to Kalyani and tells her that he has no right to take decisions about her life. He tells her that he will be lucky if she continues to be part of his and Moksh's life. Kalyani tells him that his speech was boring and he is about to reply to her when he realizes that it was his imagination and sees someone there in place of Kalyani. Just then, Kalyani is rushing to meet Malhar when she sees Atharva holding Moksh. She tries to get Moksh from him however he says that Moksh will have to get used to staying with him. Sampada hands over notice issued by the court for Moksh's custody to Malhar. She tears the court notice in anger says that no one can separate her from Moksh.
Malhar tells her that he is still a convict till court doesn't declare him innocent. Kalyani runs to Anupriya and Anupriya assures her that she will support her. She tells that she won't allow injustice to happen. Kalyani gets angry and throws stones on Aao saheb's windows. She shouts how can they do something like this with a kid. In the meantime, Atharva is dancing and rejoicing in the room while Sampada is a little annoyed with Atharva's behaviour. Atharva gets a CD which he can use against Malhar in the court. Malhar is talking to Sarthak on how weak his case is in the court and is wary that Moksh will be handed over to Sampada. Kalyani is listening to this conversation and decides to do something about it.
