Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah September 25, 2019 Written Update: Sunita is diagnosed with Brain tumor
In the latest episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah we see how Sunita is diagnosed with Brain tumor however gets treated free of charge as part of the PM scheme.
The episode starts with a recap of what happened in the previous episode. The child takes the ladies of Gokuldham to vegetable vendor, Sunita's house. Komal notices that Sunita has high fever hence she calls Dr. Haathi to visit her. He leaves for Sunita's house when he meets Bhide. Dr. Haathi tells him that he's going to Sunita's house as the ladies have gone there. Bhide wonders why Madhavi told him something else. Dr. Haathi explains the situation to him and asks him if he can drop him there. On their way they are about to crash into Popatlal. Dr. Haathi tells him not to argue with Popatlal as they are getting late. Popatlal asks them what are they getting late for. On hearing the situation, Popatlal also accompanies them. Everyone reaches there. Dr. Haathi asks the child since when is Sunita unwell. She tells since 7 days.
Pinky tells Dr Haathi that the previous doctor had given some reports too. Pinky tells them that she wants to earn a lot of money for her mother's treatment. Dr. Haathi looks at the reports and concludes that Sunita is suffering from Brain tumor. Pinky asks what brain tumor is. Dr. Haathi says that the treatment will cost 3.5 Lacs. They all wonder how they will be able to afford the treatment. They discuss the options to pay for the treatment. Pinky pleads to everyone to get her mother treated. Dr Haathi assures pinky that they will get her mother treated without any money. Dr. Haathi tells Pinky they the government of India will pay for the treatment through some Prime minister scheme. Babita says she will call Bagha to recharge on Sunita's phone. Jethalal thinks it's Bawari's call and asks Bagha to reject the call. Bagha tells him that it was Babita's call and Jethalal panics.
Jethalal and Nattu Kaka get into a petty argument because of which Bagha is unable to answer the call. Jethalal finally answers the call and gets the number recharged. Babita tells him that she is at Sunita's house as she has some work. Dr. Haathi informs everyone how to make an e-card from the PM scheme Portal. He tells everyone that as part of the scheme she will get free treatment. Dr. Haathi calls for an ambulance. They hospitalise Sunita and get the formalities completed. The ladies come to a nearby temple for pray for Sunita. Pinky asks the doctor to save her mother. Dr. Haathi assures that nothing will happen to Sunita. Everyone is wearing anxiously outside the operation theatre. The operation gets over and the doctor confirms that the operation was successful. Sunita thanks everyone from the Gokuldham society. Pinky also thanks Dr. Haathi however he passes on the thanks to the PM scheme. Pinky assures that she will study hard and become a doctor.
