Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Written Update,October 4, 2019: Gokuldham residents visit Mahatma Gandhi's Ash
In the latest episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah we see how the Tappu Sena and Bapuji along with Bhide visit different places of historical important in Mahatma Gandhi's birthplace, Gujarat.
The episode starts with a recap of what happened in the previous episode. After visiting Porbunder, the birth place of Mahatma Gandhi the next place the Gokuldham residents visit is Rajkot where he studied. Bapuji says that Mahatma Gandhi stayed at the place till the time he was studying. The place is now turned into a museum. This is the place where Mahatma Gandhi pledged to always tell the truth. Tappu Sena says that they learnt a lot from this place however Bhide says that there is a lot to see yet. Sonu is curious to know what else is there to see. Bhide says that they have to see the school where Mahatma Gandhi studied. They all next go to Alfred High school where Mahatma Gandhi studied and now is turned into a museum which was inaugurated by PM. Modi.
Bhide says that till the age of 18 Mahatma Gandhi studied at this school after which he went to Bhavnagar and Mumbai for further studies. Bapuji says that next they will all go to Mahatma Gandhi's Ashram which is in Ahmedabad. There are two ashrams in Ahmedabad. He says that this is the place where Mahatma Gandhi met Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. After returning from South Africa, Mahatma Gandhi chose this place to build an ashram. Bapuji tells them that he will next take them to Sabarmati ashram. Bhide says that the ashram is more than 100 years old. Bhide also says that the ashram has been an inspiration for most world leaders. Bapuji takes them to Mahatma Gandhi's house.
A lady tells them that on Mahatma Gandhi's birthday, Charkha day is celebrated. Bhide takes them to Sabarmati museum where Mahatma Gandhi's old artifacts and photographs are kept. This is the place where Mahatma Gandhi laid down the idea of Salt Satyagraha. Bhide tells them the background of Sevagram Ashram. The next morning, Bapuji and Tappu play garba. Jethalal comes out and he also joins them. All three of them enjoy garba. Bapuji asks Jethalal and Tappu why they stopped. Jethalal tells him that he has to go to the store as he has a lot of work.
