Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah November 11, 2019 Written Update: Sodhi to celebrate a Sikh festival
In the latest episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah we see how Sodhi and family meet his friends and decide to celebrate their religious festival at Gokuldham society
The episode starts with a recap of what happened in the previous episode. Jethalal gets ready for work. He is not able to set his hair properly. He decides to approach Tappu for some gel for setting his hair. Jethalal asks him why is the gel bottle in his college bag. Tappu tells him that he had carried once and it stayed in the bag. He gets a call from Nattu Kaka and Bagha and they ask him how far has he reached. After a brief conversation which leads to confusion Jethalal tells them that they handle the clients if he is not able to make it on time for the meeting. Bapuji reprimands Jethalal for being late everyday. Jethalal tells him that he likes being scolded by Bapuji as he knows Bapuji loves him hence he scolds him. Bapuji tells him to have breakfast and leave. Jethalal insists that he is getting late and it won't look good him being late for a client meeting. Bapuji tells him to atleast have water and leave.
Bapuji gives him some prasad before leaving. Taarak Mehta meets Jethalal and asks him where is he going in a hurry. Iyer also meets them and says that he will also come along with them. Jethalal declines his offer as it will be inauspicious. Babita also arrives. Jethalal offers her to travel with them. Iyer asks Jethalal of it is not inauspicious for three people to travel together. Jethalal gives an excuse which Babita doesn't understand. Iyer explains to her. Jethalal tells Iyer that he was joking and tells them that they will all go together. Jethalal says that he and Babita can go in one rickshaw and Iyer and Taarak Mehta in the other one. Bapuji asks Jethalal why he hasn't left for work yet. While Jethalal explains to him, Iyer and Babita leave. Jethalal and Taarak Mehta leaves for work. Abdul talks to his vendor to supply soda as soon as he can. Popatlal meets Abdul and tells him that he was about to come to his store to buy soap. Abdul tells him to go home while he gets the soap to his house. They see a jeep filled with Sikhs. Popatlal wonders who they are. He thinks they are Sodhi's relatives however he has not seen them before.
The Sikhs discuss that Popatlal is staring at them. The Sikhs ask him why is he staring at them. Popatlal gets intimidated and tells them that he wasn't staring and introduces himself as a reporter. The Sikhs introduce themselves as Sodhi's friends. Popatlal tells them where Sodhi stays. They tell him that they know where Sodhi stays and tells Popatlal that they were pleased to meet him. Popatlal and Abdul leave to get the soap. Roshan tells Gogi and Sodhi to have breakfast. Sodhi tells Roshan that he does not feel like having breakfast. Just then his friends arrive and Sodhi is pleased to meet them. Roshan tells them that she will get breakfast for them. His friends tell them that they have already had breakfast. They ask Sodhi to have breakfast when he says that he doesn't want to have breakfast. Everyone asks him why is he feeling so low. He explains that he wanted to go for a religious trip. He won't be able to go as Gogi has his exams and Roshan will have to stay back due to his exams. His friends also tell him that even they are not able to go for the religious trip and have come to discuss a solution. Hai friend tell him that he can organise the religious festival at Gokuldham society. Roshan agrees to the suggestion. Sodhi feels excited. They all decide to organise the religious festival at Gokuldham and make arrangements. Sodhi decides to invite all the Gokuldham members for the festival.
