Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah May 29, 2019 Written Update: Goli and Gogi hide their secret from the others
In the latest episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, we see how the gents try to bribe the kids and find out the secret about the function and the guests however fail at it.
The episode starts with Jethalal praying to the Sun god and sees that everyone is busy with decoration. He wishes Babita good morning. He asks Babita what is the decoration for, Babita tells him that it is for the function. Jethalal tries to get out from her what the function is all about but she asks him to be patient and that he will surely enjoy the function. Bapuji comes to the balcony searching for Jethalal and asks him to hurry up as he needs to go down for the decoration. He tells him that he has already told Bagha and Nattu Kaka that Jethalal will be late as he would be attending the function. Jethalal thinks Daya is coming hence they have a function. Bapuji denies and says he is going down. Bapuji checks with the ladies how the preparation is going on.
Roshan says she forgot to get the cut outs. Just then Gogi comes running with the cut out. The gents come all dressed up for the function. They are still unclear about the function. Jethalal asks Taarak Mehta to ask Anjali what the function is about. He shouts out to Anjali and asks her what the function is about. She tells all the gents to wait in the clubhouse and they will call them as the function starts. Jethalal says they should also help in the decoration. Bapuji says that they don't need help as there are enough people for help. Bapuji tells them to sit in the clubhouse. All the gents come to the club house and discuss that they need to find out what the function is about. Taarak Mehta suggests that they speak to Tappu Sena and they will probably get to know. They decide to ask Gogi.
Sodhi calls Gogi and asks him to come to the clubhouse. They try to get out from Gogi about the guests but he refuses to tell and goes from there. Next they decide to ask Goli. Iyer says he won't tell as he didn't say anything the previous day. Dr. Haathi says that they would offer him chaat and since it's favourite food he will tell everything. Dr. Haathi calls Goli and they all welcome him. Jethalal tells him that they were planning to have chaat and wanted to know if would be interested. Jethalal gives him money to get Chaat and asks him casually who's the guest. Goli realises their plan and returns the money to Jethalal. Jethalal tells him it's okay if he doesn't want to tell and asks him to keep the money to have chaat. Goli gives them a clue. They all think since the clue was a lady it could be some girl is coming to see Popatlal.
Popatlal gets excited. The ladies and Tappu Sena gather and exclaim they the decoration is ready. They all go to get ready. Iyer thinks they should all go down however Jethalal fears that Bapuji will get upset. Just then Taarak Mehta gets a call from Anjali and she tells them to come down as the decoration is done. They decide to tell the ladies that they know what the secret is.
