Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah May 28, 2019 update: A mystery guest to visit Gokuldham
Today we see how the ladies and Tappu Sena are immersed in decorating Gokuldham for the function and the gents try everything to find out the secret.
The episode starts with Tappu telling the ladies and Bapuji to inform them when the function is and they will handle the rest. Just then Anjali receives a call and the lady on the phone confirms that they will come to Gokuldham society the next day. Bapuji realises that the guests would come in the afternoon and by then all the gents of the society would have left for work. Babita says they will have to stall their husbands till the guests come and without letting them know. All the ladies and Tappu Sena are excited about the event. Dr. Haathi exclaims they the ladies meeting has become a mystery. They all sing to an old song and Jethalal says that old songs had meanings to the lyrics. They all ponder on when the meeting will get over.
Jethalal suggests Taarak Mehta to go to his house then only the meeting will get over. Taarak says he cannot as he has received strict instructions from Anjali only to come when the meeting gets over. Dr. Haathi suggests that they go and listen to the meeting talks from outside of Taarak Mehta's house. Popatlal declines say that this is spying, however, Taarak Mehta says it's just seeking for information. All the gents have the ears on the house door when Bapuji comes out. Everyone is shocked to see Bapuji and Jethalal asks what was he doing in the house. Bapuji says he attended the meeting too. Just then all the ladies and Tappu Sena come out. Bapuji asks the gents what were they doing out of the house. The gents say that they were waiting for the meeting to get over. Bapuji says if they wanted to know if the meeting is over, they could have rung the bell instead of spying. The gents are eager to know what was the meeting about.
Jethalal suggests Sodhi to bribe Goli with an ice cream pack and he'll spill the beans. Anjali confirms with Tappu Sena if the arrangements for tomorrow are done. Everyone disperses for the night. The next day the decoration props arrive. Madhavi asks Anjali to check if everything is as per their list. Taarak Mehta comes out and speaks to Abdul however doesn't get any information from him. Anjali gives Taarak a few hints about the event. She asks Taarak to go to work post lunch. Taarak declines the request. Anjali says she will call the office and ask for a day off. She tells him to rest at home until the function starts. Just then Goli calls Komal as Madhavi is waiting. Dr. Haathi wants to know what the function is about. Komal tells him to be patient. All the ladies except Babita are gathered on the premises to decorate for the function. Anjali says she needs Babita as she has a good sense with decoration. Iyer also wants to know what the function is about so he can inform at work about him coming late. Babita declines to tell him anything. He thinks that Sodhi will manage to find out. Sodhi is about to call his garage when Roshan snatches the phone and says that Sodhi will come late at the garage. Roshan doesn't tell Sodhi what the function is about. The decoration for the function continues
