Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah March 22, 2019 Written Update: Surprise Singapore trip for Gokuldham members
In today's episode we see how a well wisher has organized a Singapore trip for all the Gokuldham members free of cost.
The episode starts with everyone gathering in Popatlal's premise to check the message. Taarak Mehta plays the message from the pen drive on his laptop. A man dressed up as a clown appears in the video and announces that he wishes to send all the members for a trip to Singapore. They are wondering who is the person who wants to sponsor their trip to Singapore. They are contemplating whether to believe the message or to verify it first. They all decide to go and check at the Thomas Cook office. Popatlal declines to come however Jethalal convinces him saying that the message was for Popatlal to start with.
After a brief discussion it is decided that Jethalal, Popatlal, Bhide and Sodhi will check at the Thomas Cook office the next day. Bhide and Madhavi are discussing about the Singapore offer the society members have been given. The next morning all the members who are supposed to go to the Thomas Cook office are ready. Jethalal suggests Taarak Mehta to accompany them however Bhide tells him that he can ask for all the details if need be. Just then Sodhi arrives there with his Jeep. Anjali notices that Popatlal is present and Bhide tells everyone of his potential excuses. Just then Popatlal arrives there and sits in the Jeep. They arrive at the Thomas Cook office however Popatlal is still skeptical of the idea.
They approach at receptionist at the counter and she asks them to accompany her in the query area. Bhide introduces everyone to the receptionist and talks about the Singapore trip. Bhide tries explaining the situation to the receptionist however she ends up getting confused. Popatlal intervenes and explains to her. She understands and even confirms that the trip is planned for Popatlal and all the Gokuldham Society members towards March end. She further goes on to explain that the condition for the trip is that Popatlal has to travel else no one else can go. Bhide wants to know the name of the person who has sponsored the trip however the receptionist denies to divulge the information. Popatlal gets irritated and says that they will not travel in case she cannot disclose the name. She says that there is a message for Popatlal by the sponsorer. It's mentioned in the letter that now that they believe about the trip they should stop worrying about who and why sponsored the trip and enjoy the offer instead. Sodhi gets excited and tells everyone to start packing.
