Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah June 3, 2019 Written Update: Milk price increase solution found
In the latest episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, we see how Bhide and Popatlal find out the solution to the milk price hike problem.
The episode starts with Bhide arriving at Gokuldham society in a rickshaw. He pays the fare however the driver doesn't have change. Bhide doesn't have change either. He tells the driver that they need to keep change. The driver is ready to forego the change. Bhide insists on paying him the change and tells him that he'll get the change from his house. Rickshaw driver is adamant in foregoing the change. Bhide is excited about his return. He meets Abdul and asks him if he could reduce the cost of milk which Abdul says he could not. Abdul suggests him to look for another milk vendor. Bhide notices that his scooter is dusty and there is no thought of the day on the notice board. He enters the house and is welcomed by Madhavi. He starts to talk about work and Madhavi gets upset with him.
He tried to romance with Madhavi and tells her that he's got something for her. She thinks he's for grapes. He hands her a pakcet of chivda and tells her that he knows her likes and dislikes. He decides to have tea and go down to write the thought of the day. He meets Sodhi in the premises and he suggests the thought for the day. They both meet Taarak Mehta who is looking a little gloomy. He tells them that he was served tea without milk today and that's why he's irritated. Popatlal arrives there and tells Bhide that he left without informing. He says that he had to get the expensive milk for Abdul. Bhide tells him that it was his equal responsibility to look for a cheaper milk vendor. Bhide and Popatlal agree to work in conjunction to find an alternate milk supplier.
Sodhi and Taarak leave for work. Bhide calls Chetanbhai about an enquiry for milk. Chetanbhai tells him that they stopped taking milk from Abdul as they found another supplier who gives milk at the older price. This leads Bhide to feel that Abdul has increased the prices out of greed. He takes the number of the supplier from Chetanbhai. He calls Santosh the milk supplier and as he's talking Santosh arrives at his house. Popatlal also walks in saying that he got Santosh. They all discuss about the milk prices and Santosh agrees that despite the increase in price he will still give the milk at a lower cost. He tells that he purchases milk on a wholesale and thus is able to supply at a lower cost. Popatlal suggests Bhide to inform everyone in the society. Bhide suggests that Popatlal call half of the members and he will call half of them to inform of the milk supplier.
Popatlal says he cannot call as he cannot keep his phone busy. Madhavi tells them that she will inform the ladies at Babita's house. The ladies are having a blast at Babita's place. Madhavi arrives there and breaks the news of the new milk supplier. They all agree to get milk from the new supplier. The Kittie party continues.
