Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah July 22, 2019: The conflict between Nattu Kaka and Bagha ends
In the latest episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah we see how Bapuji's idea helps Jethalal to end the conflict between Nattu Kaka and Bagha and they work in unison to prepare reports of Ramsung company
The episode starts with a recap of what happened in the previous episode. Nattu Kaka tells Jethalal that he broke the TV on purpose so Jethalal fires him from the job. He asks Nattu Kaka that he on purpose made a loss of 20 thousand for himself. Nattu Kaka says money is no worth in comparison to affection. Jethalal asks Nattu Kaka to call Bagha in the store. Jethalal makes them hear the recording of what they said about each other to Jethalal previously. Bagha apologises to Nattu kaka. Bawari comes to the store discreetly and over hears their conversation. Nattu Kaka also apologizes to Bagha and tells him that he won't scold him here on. Jethalal says that if he doesn't scold him, Bagha won't focus on work and he will have to scold Nattu Kaka. Jethalal tells them that he hasn't terminated anyone of them and he lied to them to make them realize how much they love each other. Jethalal says that they are like a family and Bawari intervenes and says that the family was about to break because of her.
Bawari tells them that she came to meet Bagha however she was told by Magan that Nattu Kaka and Bagha had a fight. She realized that she was the cause of the conflict and apologises to Nattu Kaka. Bagha tells them that a small misunderstanding can cause huge differences. Jethalal tells them to be careful of the words the use as it can offend the recipient. Jethalal tells them that their conflict caused a 30 thousand loss for him. Nattu Kaka tells him that the TV he broke was already broken and was supposed to be replaced. Bagha also tells that the phone he broke was a defective one and was eventually going to be discarded. Jethalal is happily surprised. Jethalal tells them to start working on the reports of Ramsung company. Bagha says that they will not leave until they complete the reports. Bawari also offers help with the reports. They all three go to the godown to start working. Jethalal thinks of how wonderful Bapuji's idea was to get them to resolve the conflict. Nattu Kaka and Bagha work until the next morning to complete the reports. They happily present the reports to Jethalal and confirm that there is no discrepancy from their end. The officer from Ramsung company arrives and asks for the report. He audits the reports and asks for who prepared the reports.
Nattu Kaka names Bagha to have made the reports. The officer appreciates how systematic the reports are. Jethalal thinks he's being sarcastic hence checks with the officer if the reports have tallied. The officer confirms that the reports are clear and that he will recommend to the company to extend the contract for 5 years. The officer admires the staff that Jethalal is working with and says that it was an error on their part because of which the inspection letter was sent to them. All three of them dance with joy. Jethalal goes home to give the good news to Bapuji about the contract extension. Jethalal explains to Bapuji and Tappu about the contract extension and gets sweets. Bapuji tells them that some fights make the relationship stronger. Tappu tells them that he will fight with Tappu Sena to make their relationships stronger. Bapuji and Jethalal are shocked to hear. Tappu tells them that he was joking and Jethalal tells him to concentrate on studies and not on fights. Bapuji tells Jethalal to take care of his health. They decide to have lunch together. Bapuji prays that Nattu Kaka and Bagha never have a conflict
