Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah July 19, 2019 Written Update: Jethalal to terminate Bagha and Nattu Kaka
In the latest episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah we see how Jethalal gets an idea from Bapuji and he applies it. Nattu Kaka and Bagha are on the verge of getting terminated.
The episode starts with Bapuji telling Tappu that he has an idea and he calls Jethalal to tell him about it. Jethalal tells Bapuji to repeat what he said as due to network issues he couldn't hear him properly. Bapuji tells him that he will record the idea and send it to him then they can discuss. Bapuji records on Tappu's phone and sends it to Jethalal. Jethalal likes the idea and asks Bapuji what if this idea also doesn't work. Bapuji tells him then it's god's will. Bapuji asks Jethalal to be optimistic about the idea. Jethalal calls Magan and asks him to send Nattu kaka and Bagha in the godown. He tells them to listen to him. He asks them if they are prepared to end the conflict right now. They reply with a No. Jethalal tells them that in that case one of them will have to leave the store. They both are shocked to know. They both express concern over how the work will get completed before the audit. Jethalal tells them with them around the work is as it not happening. He tells them that he has suffered losses due to their conflict hence he's taking this difficult decision.
Jethalal tells Nattu Kaka to stay in the godown and Bagha to accompany him to the store. Nattu Kaka and Bagha thinks to themselves about the decision taken by Jethalal. They think how they have troubled him. They think about saving each others job. Bagha thinks of doing something that he gets terminated from his job. He throws a mobile on the floor. He tells Jethalal that he was testing the mobile for sturdiness. He tells Jethalal to deduct the loss from his salary and terminate his employment. Just then Nattu Kaka enters and over hears this. He throws the TV he's carrying on the floor. He tells him that he was checking if he is still strong enough to lift. Nattu Kaka picks up the TV box and shakes it and tells Jethalal that the TV is completely broken. He asks Jethalal to deduct the loss from his salary and terminate his employment. Jethalal understands that they both are trying to save each others jobs.
He tells them that he is terminating both of them. He tells both of them to get their salary accounted for. Bagha and Nattu Kaka recall their happy days. They think of saving each others job by speaking to Jethalal. They go back to the store and tell Jethalal that they want to speak to him in private. He tells them that even if they shout in a loudspeaker he won't change his decision. Nattu Kaka tells him to listen to Bagha while he waits outside. Bagha tells Jethalal not to terminate Nattu kaka's employment as he is a good resource and his business will suffer losses without him. Bagha tells him that he broke the mobile on purpose so that he terminates him and not Nattu kaka. Jethalal gets furious and tells him to go out and send Nattu Kaka in. Nattu Kaka comes inside and raves about Bagha and his work ethics. Jethalal tells him that he has already taken a decision of terminating Nattu Kaka and Bagha
