Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah February 18, 2019 update: Madhavi turns a saviour to Sodhi's dilemma
Sodhi gets a solution and a dinner invitation amidst his dilemma on how to say no to Roshan for the cousin's wedding.
This episode starts with Taarak Mehta offering some suggestions to Sodhi in solving his dilemma. After a brief debate, Sodhi jumps to Popatlal for advice as he claims that even he is unmarried he knows how to keep a woman happy. Sodhi disagrees with Popatlal's advice as he thinks it won't work in his situation. Jethalal gives another piece of advice and Sodhi decides to give it a try. Sodhi is unable to apply Jethalal's advice when he goes back home and decides to try it the morning of the wedding.
As the sun rises, Sodhi is all prepped up to tell his wife the truth. He bribes his wife with shopping once she returns from the wedding. She does not like the idea and thinks Sodhi is making an excuse for not attending the wedding. She further goes on to insinuate that Sodhi plans on arranging a party at home in absence of his wife and Gogi. Just when they are arguing, Madhavi, Bhide's wife comes to their house as a saviour. She asks them to explain why are they arguing.
After listening to their side of the story, Madhavi invites Sodhi for dinner as a solution to their dilemma. Both agree to the solution and are happy that a middle way has been found. Madhavi reaches home and explains what had happened to Bhide. He suggests inviting Jethalal and Bapuji also for dinner. Sodhi, his wife and the rest of the ladies meet at their regular vegetable vendor's cart. Just then, Bapuji returns from the mandir and is invited for dinner by Madhavi. At first, he declines but eventually gives in. The ladies discuss the importance of keeping a check on their respective husbands. The episode ends with team Taarak Mehta offering tribute to the jawans martyred in the Pulwama terrorist attacks.
