Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah August 6, 2019 Written Update: Bapuji is found at the water resort
In the latest episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah we see how Bapuji's friends have abducted Bapuji so he can enjoy at the water resort
The episode starts with a recap of what happened in the previous episode. Everyone gathers a spot in the resort to check if they have found Bapuji. They hope that Chalu Pandey would have found Bapuji. Chalu Pandey arrives and tells them that he couldn't find Bapuji. Iyer and Popatlal say that they feel Bapuji isn't there in the resort. Jethalal asks Chalu Pandey where he thinks would have they taken Bapuji. Chalu Pandey tells them that according to him the kidnappers would have used the red van as a distraction. Jethalal breaks down and everyone starts consoling him. Just then they hear Bapuji's voice. They turn around and see Bapuji atop a water slide grooving. Jethalal somehow draws his attention and Bapuji comes down the slide. They all reunite and are happy to see each other. Chalu Pandey asks Bapuji how he reached here and how he's dressed up like he's on a vacation. They all want to know how he reached the resort.
Bapuji tells them that he was not kidnapped. Everyone points fingers at others. Bapuji clarifies what exactly happened to diffuse the confusion. He calls his friends who are happy to see Jethalal and Tappu. Bapuji tells them that his friends have abducted him. Chalu Pandey demands to know the truth. Bapuji's friends explain the situation and tell them that they abducted him. A flashback shows how his friends try to convince Bapuji for the rain dance. Chalu Pandey asks them if they have told their family members about coming here. The friends tell them that if they would have told their family members they wouldn't have allowed them to come to the resort. Jethalal tells Bapuji that he should atleast called him once. Bapuji tells him that when he tried calling him his phone was unreachable. Iyer tells Bapuji that it was because he had switched off the phone to eat bhajjiya.
Jethalal says he had asked his friend also to call Jethalal and inform him. His friend says that he tried however his phone was unreachable. All the members convince Bapuji's friends to inform their respective families. Bhide thanks Chalu Pandey and apologizes for the hassle. Chalu Pandey tells Jethalal that he will have to take Bapuji's friends to the police station. Chalu Pandey explains why he wants the friends to come along. Jethalal tells Chalu Pandey that Bapuji was not kidnapped. Chalu Pandey tells him that in which case he will have to arrest Jethalal for filing an incorrect case. They start blaming each other as no one wants to get arrested. Popatlal tells Chalu Pandey to let go however he is adamant. He tells Bapuji to come with him to show that the case is closed. Chalu Pandey tells them that he was kidding with them. Chalu Pandey tells them to enquire with the relatives first before approaching police. Bapuji apologizes to Chalu Pandey and vows to be careful the next time. They all decide to enjoy in the water park.
