Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah August 30, 2019 Written Update: Sonu bunks college lecture
In the latest episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, we see how Bhide gets information about Sonu bunking college and is seen outside a cinema hall with Tappu.
The episode starts with a recap of what happened in the previous episode. Bhide is trying to call Sonu when he meets Goli, Pinku and Gogi. He tells them that he came to give Sonu tiffin. They tell him that she might be in the class. He tells them that she isn't in the class. Goli tells that he saw Tappu and Sonu going out of the college. Gogi tells that Tappu was talking about going for a movie when Goli changes the topic and tells Bhide that Tappu had dropped the movie plan in the morning itself. Goli tells Bhide to relax and thinks that Sonu might have gone home. Bhide asks them to call Tappu. Goli asks Bhide to give the tiffin. Bhide tells them to share any information they get about Sonu. Bhide decides to go back home. While going he sees a few college students taking a selfie with his scooter. They call his scooter antique and he finds it offensive. Bhide asks them to attend classes and leaves from the college. He reaches home and starts calling out to Sonu.
He tells Madhavi that Sonu has come home to which she declines and says she should be in college. He tells her that Sonu isn't in college. He tells Madhavi that Sonu and Tappu left the college together. Madhavi tells him that Sonu must have gone out for some work. He tells her that he is sure Tappu has taken Sonu for a movie and Tappu Sena is hiding this from him. Madhavi tells that she will call Sonu and clarify everything. She talks to Sonu and she tells them that she had gone to a nearby Photocopy store outside the college. Bhide gives Madhavi an idea of video calling her. Sonu declines saying that the network is poor. Bhide gets suspicious and tells Madhavi that there is something wrong. Madhavi tells that he is unnecessarily overthinking. He tells her that he is worried about being a father.
Bhide asks Madhavi if she has any of her class friend's number. Bhide calls her friend and asks for Sonu. She tells him that she hasn't gone to college but he can call Tappu as she saw both of them outside a cinema hall. Bhide gets shocked. Bhide gets disappointed and tells Madhavi what her friend told him. He feels betrayed and gets angry with her. Bhide tells her that he is going to the cinema hall and tells her that he will take Jethalal along with him. Madhavi asks him if Jethalal will be ready for this. Bhide decides to call Jethalal and tell him he's coming to his store. Bagha plays loud love songs in the store.
Nattu Kaka tells Jethalal that he sings the song every day but in his own version. Jethalal tells them to get back to work. Jethalal asks them if they have come up with any special schemes for the oncoming festive season. Bagha tells Jethalal that he is in a good mood and asks for a half day as he wants to go for a movie with Bawari. Jethalal declines the request. Bhide arrives at the store and tells him that he has some important work. Bagha takes Nattu Kaka along with him to get tea for Bhide and Jethalal
