Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah August 29, 2019 Written Update: Bhide doesn't find Sonu
In the latest episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah we see how Bhide reaches college to give tiffin to Sonu but doesn't find her in the class or canteen.
The episode starts with a recap of what happened in the previous episode. Popatlal and Bhide get into an argument. Popatlal insists that Bhide should erase the thought. Bapuji clarifies what he meant earlier and explains to Popatlal. Bapuji explains that although Jethalal doesn't have Daya at the moment but he does have friends like them. Bapuji says there are some people who do not marry by choice. He says he also has memory of his wife which is there with him always. Popatlal apologizes to Bhide. Taarak Mehta says that he will modify the quote. He gives a new quote to Bhide to write on the board. Popatlal says he would like to write the quote on the board. Popatlal thanks Bapuji and Taarak Mehta.
Everyone leaves for work. Bhide returns home and asks Madhavi for his reward. She gives him some snacks and he gets disappointed as he was expecting something else. Bhide goes to Gogi's house however the door is locked. He comes back home to get his mobile phone. Taapu Sena is discussing about going for a movie. Everyone backs out and Gogi gets a call from Bhide. Bhide slams him for galavanting in the college on the pretext of studying. Gogi clarifies that it was a free lecture. Bhide decides to go to the college to give her the tiffin. Madhavi tells him to her ready. He tries a few clothes and Madhavi finally approves. She gives him two tiffins, one for Sonu and the other for Tappu Sena. Bhide leaves and he meets Dr. Haathi on the way.
Dr. Haathi gets the aroma of the snacks and is tempted to taste it. Bhide reaches Sonu's college. He confronts a boy riding a bike without wearing a helmet. The boy realises his mistake and wears the helmet. Bhide gets a culture shock when he enters the college. One of the peons recognises Bhide who is the father of one of his tuition kids. Bhide is happy is see his progress. Bhide reaches Sonu's class however doesn't see her exit the class when it gets over. He asks two girls standing by on the whereabouts of Sonu. They tell him maybe she hasn't come to college or has bunked the lecture. He refuses to believe it and goes to the canteen to check. Bhide doesn't see her in the canteen and Tappu Sena sees them in the canteen. Bhide calls her but her phone is unreachable
