Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah April 26, 2019 Written Update: Jethalal to expose Sevaklal's scandal
Today we see how Jethalal tells the society members about Sevaklal's phone scandal and wants to stop the injustice.
The episode starts with Sevaklal threating Jethalal to not speak about the mobile phone scandal to anyone. He pretends of not knowing them suggesting that he won't utter a word about the scandal. He asks Sevaklal when should the rest of the phones be delivered to the poor people. Sevaklal tells him that they should be delivered by 11:30pm. Jethalal and Taarak Mehta leave the office and discuss how they can stop him for winning the elections. They decide to discuss this with the rest of the society members and Jethalal asks Bhide to call for an emergency meeting. Bhide asks him for the reason but Jethalal says that he cannot share the details on the call and will tell him in person. Bhide calls Abdul and tells him to arrange for an emergency meeting. All the residents assemble at the society office.
They all assume they Popatlal is about to share some good news. He finally breaks the silence and tells that there is no good news. Everyone wants to know what is the meeting for. Bhide tells them that the meeting has been called for by Jethalal. Anjali is about to call Taarak Mehta to find out the reading for the meeting when Taarak Mehta and Jethalal reach the office. Jethalal instructs everyone not to interrupt when he is delivering the message. He happens to take Popatlal's name during the instructions and he gets offended. Taarak Mehta intervenes and makes him understand the importance of the instructions. Just as Jethalal is about to deliver the message, Goli falls off the chair and breaks the chair. Just a few moments later Iyer's phone rings and Jethalal gets annoyed. Iyer tells it's Babita's phone that rung. Jethalal asks everyone to put their phones on silent. Goli gets up and is leaving the office.
On being asked he says that his phone is at home and is going home to put the phone on silent. Bhide shouts at Goli for making fun of things. He is stopped by Komal for talking to Goli rudely. Bhide asks Goli to settle down and asks Jethalal to share the news. Jethalal says he won't say anything as when he is about to say something happens and he is interrupted. Taarak Mehta convinces him to share the message. Jethalal tells that they are about to face a battle for justice. Everyone wants to know what he exactly means. Jethalal gives them a background to the entire story. He explains the series of events that have happened so far. After the listening to the message the members are outraged. They all decide to expose Sevaklal's truth in front of the voters and media.
