Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah April 17, 2019 Written Update: A surprise for Jethalal
In today's episode we see how Jethalal surprises Bagha and Nattu Kaka at the store and he is surprised instead seeing Bawari.
The episode starts with Popatlal wishing Tappu a happy morning. Popatlal offers Tappu to be taken for a movie. As Popatlal and Jethalal leave from the house Popatlal wishes the ladies of the building a happy morning. Babita compliments Popatlal on his looks. All the ladies also commit to give him some food item. Jethalal says he wishes to bunk work and go to Popatlal's house to eat the various food items. Jethalal tells them that he has to go to his store as he's been on a long vacation and he also a surprise planned for Nattu kaka and Bagha. Babita wants to know what the surprise is. Jethalal tells her that he has not told Bagha and Nattu Kaka that he is coming to the store today. Bagha is singing a welcome song for Jethalal. He starts dancing with joy anticipating that Jethalal will soon return.
Nattu Kaka tells him that he is not as excited to meet Bawari too. Just then, Bawari enters the store. Bagha tells her that she should not have come to the store. She tells them that Jethalal has gone for a vacation and he will be in a good mood after the trip. She asks if Jethalal has sent pics of Singapore but they say that they haven't seen any pics. She says they will see the pics later and that they need to take a selfie. While they are taking a selfie Jethalal tries to sneak in the store. He notices them taking a selfie and gets in the frame of the selfie. They all are shocked to see Jethalal in the store. Bawari tries to hide behind Bagha however he finds her and wants to know why they are taking a selfie. Jethalal insinuates that Bawari would come everyday and Bagha and Bawari would go out roaming. Bawari tells him that she has come only 5 times. Jethalal says he was on a vacation for 5 days only which means Bawari used to come everyday.
Bawari wants to see the pics and says that she has come to meet Jethalal. Bagha tells her that since Jethalal has come after a lot of days they need to give him the transaction summary and asks her to come after 3-4 hrs. Jethalal shows them the pics of Singapore. Nattu Kaka and Bagha want to know what has he got from Singapore for them. Jethalal thinks to himself that he hasn't got anything for them. Nattu Kaka assumes that he must have forgotten the gifts at home. Nattu Kaka asks whether he's forgotten to buy gifts altogether. Jethalal assures that he has got gifts for them. Nattu Kaka wants to know what is the gift. Jethalal tells to have patience as it's a surprise. Tappu and Goli enter the shop and say that they got forgot to give the gifts purchased for Nattu Kaka and Bagha. The gifts are given to them and Nattu Kaka wants to know what all Tappu and Goli did in Singapore. Tappu and Goli leave the store and so does Bawari. Jethalal asks for the transactions for 5 days when Bagha says that they have to give him a surprise. Bagha says that Jethalal will have to come in the godown to see the surprise.
