Sanjivani 2 August 27, 2019 Written Update: Ishani changes her decision
Today in Sanjivani, Dr. Ishani saves Dr. Sid by changing her statement. Later, Dr. Sid’s patient’s donor liver gets assigned to someone else.
In today’s episode, Sid enters Sanjivani and feels everyone staring at him. Dr. Rishabh arrives in an expensive car and tries to insult Dr. Sid. Sid is unmoved by his words and gives him a good reply. Sid leaves for the cafeteria with a staff who offered him tea. Dr. Ishani comes to the cafeteria to have lunch and only sees one empty table. As she proceeds to sit there, Dr. Sid suddenly arrives and sits there. Having no option she sits with him. She sees him relishing a vada pav and asks him if the vada pav was the most important part of his job. He tells her that his intention and power to save lives as a doctor is the best part but he will miss the vada pav too. He offers her a vada pav. She refuses to eat the vada pav with her hand so he just shoves it into her mouth as she talks. She finds it delicious but they immediately get called to the conference room.
At the board meeting, Vardhan shows the board members the video Ishani had captured. He asks Ishani to explain what circumstances made her capture this video. Dr. Ishani thinks about all the moments Dr. Sid has helped save lives and all the people who have shown faith in his intentions. She changes her statement and says that she has doctored this video to seek revenge from Sid as they had an argument, thus Sid is not guilty of anything. Vardhan asks her if she’s sure and says that she would be punished if this is the case. They suggest to suspend her but Juhi says that she should be punished by making her team up with Dr. Sid so that she can become a better doctor. Dr. Shashank agrees and apologises to Sid on Ishani’s behalf and dismisses the meeting.
Later, Sid thanks Ishani and hugs her. She is shocked and awkwardly leaves. A nurse comes to inform Sid that they have found a donor for Neeti. As he rejoices, someone brings Neeti who is unconscious. Sid rushes to her. Meanwhile, a man named Abhay tries to flirt with Ishani. Ishani realises he has jaundice by his visible symptoms and threatens him for flirting with her. Dr. Rishabh arrives there and apologises to him. He tells Ishani that he has a liver transplant surgery today. As Ishani leaves, Abhay asks Rishabh to get her for the operation. Sid checks Neeti and asks Dr. Neil to make arrangements for the operation. He calls to ask if the liver has arrived but to his surprise he gets told that the liver is going to Abhay Malhotra as he is first on the list. Sid wonders how the list got changed as he had just seen it. He knows that if Neeti doesn’t get the liver soon, she might die.
