Sanjivani 2 August 26, 2019 Written Update: Dr. Ishani is in a dilemma
Today in Sanjivani, Dr. Ishani is confused about her complaint as she listens to people defending Dr. Sid. Meanwhile, Dr. Sid saves his uncle's life.
In the latest episode, Vardhan asks Dr. Ishani to take her decision about Dr. Sid's complaint and be there for the board meeting after lunch. Dr. Sid is treating patients from his vicinity. At Sanjivani, Vardhan discusses with Dr. Anjali the idea for a Luxury ward. Dr. Anjali was disappointed for working so hard yet not receiving any credit and losing the Chief of Surgery post to Dr. Juhi. She listens to Vardhan intently and asks what favour he needs from her as he's being too nice to her. Vardhan tells her that she can be the Chief of Surgery for the Luxury ward as he believes she's the most capable doctor in Sanjivani. Dr. Anjali doesn't trust Vardhan so he asks her to take her time and let him know her decision.
Dr. Ishani goes to talk to Dr. Shashank. He tells her that Dr. Sid's ways might not be right but his intention is always good. He asks her to think about her decision because after being fired Dr. Sid might never get a job. He tells Ishani about Dr. Sid's efforts to treat patients who usually get neglected by the system but ultimately leaves the decision to Ishani as he believes she will never make a wrong decision. Meanwhile, Sid's uncle Guddu tries to light himself on fire due to his unstable mental condition. Sid arrives there and distracts him. He splashes water over him as he lights up a matchstick. Sid's mother feels thankful that he decided to go late to the hospital today. Sid reveals to her that he didn't decide to go late but in fact has been suspended from Sanjivani.
Saniya asks about Sid to Ishani as she wants to thank him. Ishani doesn't tell her that he has been suspended and assures her that she will inform him on her behalf. Sid's mother cannot believe that they suspended Sid. Sid tells her that he thinks he should resign instead of getting fired. His mother asks her not to do so. Sid gets a call to be at the board meeting. Asha, Aman and Rahil try to change Ishani's mind about her complaint. They defend Sid and make her realise that it was because of him that they could save so many lives. Asha asks her to rethink her decision with a calm mind. Ishani recollects all those moments when Dr. Sid had helped her save a life. She's in a dilemma regarding her decision.
