Kundali Bhagya May 31, 2019 Written Update: Rishabh calls off the wedding
In the latest episode of Kundali Bhagya, we see how Prithvi learned about Preeta’s escape while Preeta managed to diffuse the bomb kept in Rakhi’s purse. Later, Karan convinces Rishabh to call off the wedding.
In the last episode, Preeta tries her best to get hold of either Karan or Prithvi to seek help for executing her plan. Later, Karan tells Prithvi to stay away mind his own business. The pandit calls Rakhi to tie the knot and while she keeps her purse aside, Preeta grabs it and replaces it with a similar purse. She immediately leaves the Luthra house to diffuse the bomb and get on to her next plan of saving Sarla. She runs to a lake and throws Rakhi’s purse in it. The bomb blasts but no one gets hurt. She starts scanning Sherlyn’s phone to get a hint of the place where she had kept Sarla but finds nothing on her phone as she had deleted all the messages and call logs. Just when she loses hope and starts to think what should be her next step, Raj calls Sherlyn. Preeta picks up the call and pretends to talk in Sherlyn’s voice.
She tells Raj that she wanted to see Preeta’s mother before she got married and that he needed to tell her a short cut by which she could reach there faster. Raj got tricked and he guides Preeta about the way he could reach there faster. Here, Karan brings his cricket ball and once again throws on the mandap to interrupt the marriage proceedings. Rishabh gets up to clean himself while Sherlyn choses to wait for him at the mandap as it was considered to be a bad omen if the rituals get interrupted time and again. Back in the room, Karan comes to Rishabh and insisted that he listen to him once again and then decide whether or not he wanted to marry Sherlyn. Karan asks Rishabh why did he think Preeta was missing from the marriage and that she was not present. Rishabh tells him that even he wondered why was she late, but tried to assure Karan that Preeta would come soon. Karan tells Rishabh that she wouldn’t come as she did not want him to marry Sherlyn.

Rishabh gets baffled and asks Karan whether or not Preeta had told him that. Karan tells Rishabh that she had gone to fetch an important document which would make him call the marriage off. Rishabh immediately agreed to call off his marriage with Sherlyn as Preeta did not want him to marry her. Karan was shocked to see Rishabh agree to cancel his marriage with Sherlyn for Preeta’s sake while he had to slog his way to make him agree for the same. Before Karan could charge Rishabh, Rakhi and Kareena comes inside and expressed their disappointment at Rishabh and Karan’s wisdom. Rakhi tells Rishabh that he could not call the marriage off as Sherlyn was at the mandap waiting for him to come while all the guests were present to see them get married.
Rishabh became adamant and sternly tells Rakhi that he did not want to get married as he was getting married for Preeta’s sake and when she herself was against this marriage, he did not feel important to oblige someone else. Rakhi gets shocked at Rishabh’s revelations. In the meantime, Prithvi comes at Sherlyn’s house to check on Preeta and gets furious to know about her escape. He gets mad at the goons for their carelessness and thinks of something which can save him from the trouble.
