Kundali Bhagya July 23, 2019 Written Update: Karan challenges Preeta
Today in Kundali Bhagya, when Preeta goes to invite Rakhi for her wedding, they get overwhelmed with emotions. Karan challenges Preeta to break all ties with Prithvi if she cares for Mahesh.
In the last episode, Sarla rebukes Preeta and Srishti for staying in touch with the Luthras. The next morning, Preeta shocks the Luthras. Preeta breaks the news of her marriage to Rakhi, which shocks the Luthras, but makes Sherlyn smirk. Preeta invites everyone and tells Rakhi that she would feel immense happiness if they would come to her marriage. Karan walks away from the table while Rakhi assured Preeta that she would come and get everyone along. Rishabh comes forward and congratulates Preeta, but walks away from there. Rakhi hugs Preeta to console her, but Kareena tells Preeta to meet Mahesh and leave as soon as she can. While Preeta proceeded towards Mahesh’s room, Sherlyn sticks her leg out and makes her fall. She gets up and chose to ignore Sherlyn’s act and goes to Mahesh’s room. Seeing everyone get emotional, Myra asks Kritika what was the story of Preeta’s relationship and the Luthras. Kritika tells Myra that theirs were a beautiful journey which was straight out of a fairytale.
Preeta comes to Mahesh’s room and learns about Mahesh going in coma. She pleads Mahesh that he wake up and back her, as he was the only one who knows the truth. Here, Kareena takes Rakhi aside and blames her for accepting Preeta again. She tried to instigate Rakhi and tried to explain that Preeta was not someone that she wanted to see at the house. Rakhi tells Kareena that for all time’s sake, they could support Preeta while she was getting married. Kareena tells Rakhi that because of Preeta, Mahesh was in trouble and that she cannot think about going at her wedding. Rakhi puts an end to Kareena’s negative comments and tells her that Preeta was somebody whom she wanted to bring home as her daughter-in-law and tells her that Preeta wasn’t a bad girl, and blames the circumstances for the current situation. Rakhi also tells Kareena that Preeta had done a lot for the family and that she would go to her marriage, as she was like a daughter to her.
Meanwhile, Karan comes to Mahesh’s room and lashes out at Preeta for putting up an act. Karan blames Preeta for Mahesh’s critical condition. Preeta tells Karan that she wasn’t responsible for Mahesh’s condition, and that she could do anything for Mahesh’s sake. Karan tells Preeta that if she considered Mahesh as her father, she had to cancel her marriage with Prithvi. Preeta tells Karan that she could not cancel the marriage as a lot of people were involved in the process. Karan accuses Preeta to be fake and tells her that a person whose father is in come, does not celebrate and get married. Later, Prithvi comes to Preeta’s home and hears Janki tell Prithvi that Preeta had gone to the Luthra house. Sarla wondered why had Preeta gone there after her repeatedly telling her not to while Prithvi gets annoyed, as he expected Preeta to seek permission from him before going anywhere, as they were about to get married.
