Kundali Bhagya July 18, 2019 Preview: Karan to blame Preeta for Mahesh's condition?

In the upcoming episode of Kundali Bhagya, Karan starts to blame Preeta for Mahesh's accident. But Preeta refuses to take the blame and tries to tell everyone that Sherlyn is the mastermind behind the accident.

Kundali Bhagya July 18, 2019 Preview: Karan to blame Preeta for Mahesh's condition?

The last few episodes of the show Kundali Bhagya have witnessed a lot of twists and turns in the tale. In the previous episode of the show, it has been shown that Sherlyn and Prithvi are informed about Mahesh's death post which they rejoice and celebrate together. Karan gets a call from someone who informs him about Mahesh's accident. Post this, Karan rushes to to hospital with other members of the Luthra family to check on Mahesh.

Meanwhile, Kritika makes a call to Preeta and informs her about the same while asking her to come to the hospital. On the other hand, Sherlyn gets the shock of her life after she comes to know that Mahesh is alive. She then devises yet another plan and tries to make the Luthras turn against Preeta by convincing them that the latter has made Mahesh get into the accident. In the promo of the upcoming episode of Kumkum Bhagya, it has been shown that Karan blames Preeta for Mahesh's critical condition. However, Preeta refuses to take the blame for Mahesh's accident.

Post that Kareena Bua tells Preeta that she was the last person to meet Mahesh prior to his accident. Preeta then realises that she has been framed and tries to make everyone understand that it is Sherlyn who has tried to kill Mahesh. Will the Luthra family listen to Preeta or side with Sherlyn?
