Kundali Bhagya January 31, 2019 update: Preeta expresses her feelings for Karan
Prithvi and Sherlyn are clueless regarding why Monisha has agreed to marry Karan.
The episode begins with Rakhi announcing in front of the media that from now on she has only one son who is Rishab Luthra. She says that Karan is no longer her son as he is getting married to someone without her consent. Rakhi then throws the mike and goes away. Karan becomes heartbroken and picks up the mike to say something. He is interrupted by Monisha who asks him regarding what will be his next move. Karan gets angry and asks her not to misbehave with his mother. He then makes an announcement on the media that he is going to marry Monisha in the next 5 days. Meanwhile Prithvi and Sherlyn wonder why Monisha has agreed to marry Karan. They also discuss that they should think of a way of stopping the marriage.
Rakhi closes herself in the room and cries loudly. Preeta comes in and knocks on her door. She finally opens the door and then blurts out all her emotions in front of Preeta who then tries to console her. Preeta finally reveals the reason why Karan has decided to get married to Monisha. He has struck a deal with Monisha wherein she will support the Luthras in the court and help them in saving Rishab. Rakhi feels sad for slapping Karan and cries again. Preeta again tries to console Rakhi and says that Karan will do anything to save Rishab.

Preeta later on goes to meet an angry Karan whose anger has reached its heights. Karan then says that he loves Monisha and will marry her within these days. Preeta interrupts by saying that she knows that he has made the sacrifice for the purpose of saving Rishab. Preeta also praises Karan and tells him that he is a good guy in an emotional tone. Karan then asks Preeta whether she is angry with him to which she says that she will never stop talking to him. Karan then teases and tells Preeta that she has feelings for him. On hearing this Preeta breaks down and hugs Karan and post that both of them start walking in opposite directions.
