Kundali Bhagya August 23, 2019 Written Update: Prithvi sedates Janki
In the latest episode of Kundali Bhagya we see how Janki tries to stop Prithvi from ruining the wedding when he sedates her and locks her in a room.
The episode starts with Sameer is walking with Srishti. He takes off the cloth and explains that it would have seemed odd. Bijee arrives there and says that she is angry with Srishti that she did not call her else she would have dealt with Sherlyn. Srishti says that a lot of things were happening and she didn't get a chance. She thanks Sameer. He asks her what kind of groom does she want for Preeta. Bijee says someone like Rishabh. Rishabh's car is blocked by a car on the road. He continues to honk however it is Raga and he doesn't budge. Rishabh comes out when Raga misbehaves with him. Rishabh slaps Raga. Raga takes out a knife however police arrive and they flee. Sameer sees that Kartika had called him.
He returns the call and she tells him that Rishabh called the doctor to let him know that Mahesh regained his consciousness however instead of being happy he went angry saying that he will not allow someone to marry Preeta. Sameer thinks Rishabh wants to stop Karan from marrying Preeta hence he decides to do something. Janki sees Prithvi walk into a room and gets suspicious. She decides to approach Srishti for help. Rishabh is driving and blames himself for not knowing about Prithvi and how cruel he is. Preeta is sitting in the Mandap and pondering why is she only thinking about Karan. He thinks it's a better idea to get married in the court.
Janki sees Prithvi's men approaching and hides in a wardrobe. After a while she hears them leave and steps out of the wardrobe. She finds Prithvi standing right before her. She tries to trick him and leave however he stops her and tells her that he knows that she will try to stop the marriage. He tells her that as a punishment he will give her a sedative and she will remain locked in this room. The pandit asks Preeta and Karan to get up for pheras. Karan helps her get up when Preeta gets suspicious with the touch of his hand and knows how Karan's hand feels like.
