Kundali Bhagya August 19, 2019 Written Update: Preeta is proven innocent
Today in Kundali Bhagya, we see how Rakhi proves that Preeta was innocent and saves her from getting arrested.
In the last episode, the jewellery that Sherlyn had accused Preeta of stealing, got found at her home. Later, Karan tried to convince the police and defended Preeta. Rishabh complains about the family member’s absence and the unprofessionalism of the hospital to Sameer. Sameer calls Rakhi and informs her about Sherlyn’s plan to get Preeta arrested. Sameer tells Rakhi that he was with Rishabh and that they had come to doctor’s place and hence he would not be able to go to the wedding and help Preeta. Rakhi assured Sameer that she would not let Sherlyn ruin Preeta’s marriage and that she would go and help Preeta come out of the trouble.
Here, the inspector tells everyone that they would have to arrest Preeta, as it was their duty which they cannot ignore. Sarla panicked as the inspector wanted to take Preeta with them and pleads innocent. Just then, Rakhi comes and tells the inspector that they cannot arrest Preeta, as the jewellery was with her and that Preeta hadn’t stolen anything. Sherlyn tells Rakhi to not defend Preeta, as if she tried to lie to the inspector, her lie would be caught. Rakhi tells the inspector that since Sherlyn had seen her wear the jewellery in few functions, she must have had some kind of misunderstanding. Rakhi claims the necklace to not be the real one and tells the inspector that the necklace wasn’t stolen and that it was kept in the locker.
Sherlyn tried to protest but to put an end to the chaos, Rakhi shows the inspector the real jewel. The inspector tells Rakhi that he was finding both the jewellery to be real. Shristi comes forward and tells everyone that she could prove which jewellery was real and which one was fake. She throws both the necklace on the floor and the beads of the fake necklace breaks. She tells the inspector and Rakhi that Sherlyn had falsely accused Preeta in order to trouble her and enjoy while she suffered. Rakhi decided to confront Sherlyn about her move when they go back to the Luthra house, as she did not want to insult her daughter-in-law in front of everyone.
Shristi thanked Rakhi for her support and tells the inspector to arrest Sherlyn, as she had created unnecessary trouble. Preeta tells the inspector that she did not want to file any complaint against Sherlyn. On Preeta’s request, the inspector gives Sherlyn a warning and leaves Sherlyn. Sherlyn comes to Rakhi and tells her that she wanted to speak to her. Karan witnesses the entire incident and wondered whether or not Preeta had intentions to impress Rakhi by her decision of not getting Sherlyn arrested.
