Kumkum Bhagya July 16, 2019 Written Update: Pragya comes to the police station
In the latest episode of Kumkum Bhagya, we see how Purab learns that Alia has consumed sleeping pills and must rush her to the hospital. But, on the way there, he and Disha meet with an accident. Later, Meera informs Pragya about Prachi's arrest and she heads to the police station.
In the last episode, we see how the drugs are found in Prachi's bag and she is arrested immediately. Later, at the police station, Abhi frantically calls out to Pragya, and she looks for him. Purab learns that Aalia had popped sleeping pills and he feels the need to rush her to the hospital while he continuously felt guilty about having told her about his feelings for Disha. Just when he leaves with Aalia towards the hospital, Pragya enters the Mehra mansion. Purab struggled to keep Aalia awake and accidentally hits a car while driving. He gets shocked to see Disha unconscious inside the car that he hit. Purab brings Aalia and Disha to the hospital and gets them admitted. Purab fills the form and completes the hospital formalities. While filling the details, he reminisces his moments with Disha.
Pragya enters the Mehra mansion and learns about the raid from a waiter. The waiter tells Pragya that Abhi’s daughter had been arrested, as drugs was found in her bag. Pragya thinks that Rhea got arrested and when she saw Meera there, she demanded to know how could they let the police take her with them. Pragya gets panicked and tells Meera that she would not let Rhea get arrested if she were present. Rhea hears Pragya’s concerns for her and feels bad for her. Pragya finds Rhea standing there and gets shocked to see her. Meera calms Pragya and tells her that it was not Rhea, but Prachi, who got arrested. Pragya gets shell shocked and immediately leaves for the police station.
Meanwhile, Abhi reaches the police station, where the police threatened Abhi to not release Prachi and instigated him to misbehave. The police put Abhi inside the lock-up and when Shahana comes to his defence, the police warn her too. Abhi accuses the police to take revenge from Prachi, as he had arrested Prachi before and he had managed to get her released. The police tell Abhi that he would not release Prachi, as he had lost his son because of the drugs and that he would not spare anybody who dealt in drugs. Abhi plead Prachi’s innocence, however, the police tell him to bring proof if he thought Prachi was innocent.
Just then, Vikram comes to the station with Ranbir and finds Abhi inside the lockup. Prachi tells Vikram that the police had arrested Abhi too, because he was defending Prachi. While Ranbir was raged at the police, Vikram handles the problem remaining calm. Meanwhile, Pragya comes to the police station and Shahana narrated the entire episode to her.
