Kumkum Bhagya April 4, 2019 Written Update: Abhi calls Prachi his daughter
Today in Kumkum Bhagya, we see how Abhi comes for Prachi’s rescue while Pragya gets stuck on her way as her car breaks down. Later, Purab provides a helping hand to Abhi by sending the media to the station.
In the previous episode, we see how Prachi signs the confession letter in order to protect Shahana and takes the blame on herself. Later, Abhi and Pragya cross paths while trying to reach Vasant Kunj police station. Meera thanked God as Abhi went to take Prachi out from the jail. Meera was feeling guilty to see Rhea trap Prachi. She wanted to keep Rhea away from Aalia’s bad influence but was helpless as she had her own boundaries being a caretaker while Aalia was her aunt. Rhea comes to Meera to apologise to her while rejoicing her victory in insulting Prachi. Taking Rhea at her face value, Meera forgives her and remains unaware of Rhea’s evil way of thinking. Here, Pragya’s car breaks down and she gets stuck while the driver informs her about engine being hot. Meanwhile, Abhi reached the police station and finds Prachi behind bars.
Prachi tries to explain Abhi that she was not a thief and that she had not stolen the necklace. She repeatedly tried to prove her innocence while seeing Prachi, Abhi was continuously reminded of Pragya. Abhi tells Prachi not to cry and that he trusted her. Shahana apologised to Abhi for behaving rudely at his home. Abhi assured Prachi that he would take Prachi out from the jail and tells her not to cry anymore. Rhea and Aalia comes to Abhi’s room and finds him missing. While conversing, Aalia wondered whether or not Abhi had gone to the police station to get Prachi released. Rhea gets anxious about the possibility and gets panicked. Aalia consoles Rhea and tells her that she was only thinking aloud and that she was sure Abhi did not go to get Prachi out from the jail. Abhi goes to the inspector and requests him to leave Prachi. The inspector behaves rudely with Abhi, not wanting to listen to his request as he was about to get promotion for solving the case in two hours’ time.
Inspector Sanjeev Tripathi challenged Abhi to do whatever it takes of him but he was adamant not to leave Prachi in any condition. The inspector tells Abhi about the confession letter and after Abhi instigated the inspector, he reads the confession letter. Abhi blames the inspector for forcing Prachi into signing the letter and the inspector gets a little worried when Shahana tells Abhi that the inspector had threatened Prachi to put Shahana in the jail. Learning Shahana’s version of truth, Abhi tears the confession papers. The inspector gets furious and threatened Abhi for not releasing Prachi. Abhi calls Purab and tells him to send the media to the station as he was going to launch his new album from the Vasant Kunj Police chowki. Purab sends the media at the station where Abhi waited for them. The inspector challenged Abhi’s fatherly feeling for Prachi. Abhi asked the police for the FIR copy of the charges against Prachi, basis of which he had put Prachi behind bars. The inspector told him that the FIR copy was ready but he was waiting for it to get signed. Abhi opened the inspector’s eyes by telling him that he could lose his job for arresting someone against whom there was no FIR submitted and he could be penalised in the IPC. The inspector gets worried seeing Abhi’s confidence but still stands strong against Abhi. Abhi warns the police and tells him to not take unnecessary steps which might make him fall in trouble.
