Sonakshi makes efforts to know Nikki and Laksh better.
The episode starts with the Dixit family have a great family time. They click selfies together. Mamiji takes Riya with her to gossip. Ishwari tells Dev to get water for her as she wants to talk to Sonakshi. Dev jokes that they have teamed up. Ishwari thanks Sonakshi for motivating Dev to talk to Riya. Mamiji talks to Riya. She tells her that she thinks this house isn’t hers anymore. She says she is like Asrani from Sholay. She tells Riya that Ishwari gave the keys to Sonakshi and she got heartbroken. Riya consoles her and says she knows how she had looked after the house. She says Sonakshi will sort all problems. Dev overhears their conversation.
Nikki sees the family selfie and tells Laksh about it. Laksh tells her to not think about the ones who won’t accept them. The doorbell rings and it’s Sonakshi. Dev tells Mamiji that he wants something from her. Mamiji asks him what he wants. Dev says he wants to be forgiven for what he did for 7 years. He tells her that he wants her to look after the house just like she did for 7 years. She says she will cry now, kids aremeant make mistakes and she is there to forgive them. Nikki and Laksh tells him to leave. Sonakshi says Laksh is a good boyfriend. Nikki says her buttering won’t work she isn’t a kid. Sonakshi says she wished that she was a kid so she would love the gift. She tells Nikki to accept the gift and open it. She opens it and gets nostalgic seeing the xbox. Laksh says he likes Sonakshi. They call her inside. Nikki tells her about Laksh’s app NIL. Laksh and Nikki debate about who will get coffee. Sonakshi smiles finding it cute. She tells Dev that Laksh is a good guy. She says he was rude to him because Nikki was hurt because of them. She tells him that they are compatible and they should stay together. She tries explaining it to him that the times have changed. Dev says he understands but Ishwari won’t. Sonakshi says they both will find a solution. Dev says he is not worried when she is with him. They have a cute moment. Golu and Suhana interrupt them and Dev gets annoyed. Dev messages Sonakshi and Golu read it. He teases them saying Bigcha says love you to Bigchi. Dev gets embarrassed.
Next morning, Sonakshi tells Asha about Riya coming. Ronita comes out and says she loves the dress that she gave her. Sonakshi promotes Laksh’s app NIL and says a promising youngster has made this app and she ordered it. Ishwari and Asha come to an office. Asha tells her that this an office just like she wanted. They need an intern. She explains Ishwari what an internship is. She fills the form for her. Her interview starts. They have a funny conversation because she doesn’t understand English and the boy taking her interview doesn’t understand her Hindi. She says her tailoring experience might help them. He says he doesn’t think so. She says she worked for 20 years without taking a holiday. He says he would love to hire her. She says she won’t disappoint him. To be continued.
