Kasautii Zindagii Kay written update September 25, 2018: First step towards Anurag and Prerna's love story
The first episode of Kasautii Zindagii Kay aired on Star Plus today. Read to know who Anurag and Prerna met each other for the first time.
Once again, India’s most loved Hindi daily Kasautii Zindagii Kay is back on television. Already winning heart's of the audience through its promos, the show is all set to top TRP ratings.
The city of joy Kolkata is screened with its marvel scenic beauty. Indian tradition of worshipping Ganesha before starting anything new is purely fulfilled as the episode starts with Ganesh puja.
Next, we come across two families - Sharma's and Basu's and their beloved children, of course, Prerna Sharma and Anurag Basu. Complete opposite to each other they both are well introduced. Anurag being disciplined and well on time, whereas Prerna always late and bubbly.
Prerna’s mom Veena, scolds her for always being late while, Mohini Basu, Anurag’s mom wants him to break the rules and be a little flexible. They both leave for college.
At college, Prerna’s friend asks her to come along at the football ground to stalk Anurag as all girls are crazy for him. For a short span, Anurag and Prerna exchange few words and indulge in small talk. As Prerna’s friends gather information that she and Anurag are family friends, they ask her to know if Anurag had interest in girls.
Kolkata is all decked up during Durga Puja and so are Basu’s! Being a high-class social idol they have organized a Puja as always. Mohini wants it to be a talk of the town. Sharma’s are also invited so they leave for the Puja. Over there, Prerna meets Mohini and she is disinterested in talking to Prerna due to the class (middle class) she belongs to.
Next, at the time of Aarti, Basu’s are on the stage and Moulay Basu, Anurag’s dad asks him to get Sharma family as well. Co-incidentally Prerna and Anurag, perform the veneration together. After the Puja, Prerna in haste asks Anurag if he was interested in boys. Anurag plays along and agrees to it, while Prerna apologises.
With good comes bad as well and with the bang on introduction negative character is introduced which is followed by a fire in pandal and Anurag and Prerna caught in a dupatta which would mark as onset of their love story.
