Kasautii Zindagii Kay June 28, 2019 Written Update: Anurag is arrested
Today in Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Anurag reveals some shocking facts about Mr Bajaj to Prerna after being arrested. Later, he is accused of murder.
In the last episode, while Anurag has a surprise for Prerna, she is distressed upon learning Mohini's intentions. Prerna finds Anurag lying unconscious on the floor in the factory and calls Mahesh for help. Prerna brings Anurag home while he remained unconscious. Soon enough Anurag regained consciousness and finds Prerna beside him. Here, Mr. Bajaj comes to know about the fire that broke in his chemical factory and that the goods were reduced to ashes. He sends police to the Sharma house for taking Anurag in their custody. Prerna tried to resist but the police tell them not to interrupt in police’s investigation. Anurag tells the police that it was a mere accident and that he had not purposely set fire in the factory. The police tell Anurag that he had to prove his innocence in the court and takes him with them.
In the meantime, Mohini tells the pandit to buy the things for pooja a week later as there might be possibility of the marriage to not happen. The pandit remained in shock and to bribe the pandit, Mohini gives him some money and tells him to keep quiet. Just then Prerna gives a call to Mohini and informs her about Anurag’s arrest. Mohini fainted while Nivedita learned that Anurag had set Bajaj’s factory on fire. Prerna reaches the police station and wipes her tears, not to let Anurag crumble because of the pressure. Anurag tells Prerna about the plan that Bajaj was brewing against him and tells Prerna that Bajaj was targeting him on personal grounds. He also tells Prerna that Komolika had given their property shares to Bajaj, who was now coming for them.
Meanwhile, Mohini creates a havoc at the station and lashes out at Mahesh Saha, the inspector who had issued the orders to arrest Anurag. She tried to tell him to let Anurag go but since he was giving a deaf ear to her, she calls the DCP and gets the order to release Anurag. Just then another inspector comes and tells Mahesh that they had found a dead body, which supposedly was Ronit Chobey’s. He tells Mahesh that he needed Anurag’s fingerprints as they doubted Anurag to have killed Ronit. Mahesh tells Mohini that he couldn’t release him as it was a murder case and according to the watchman, Anurag was threatening to kill Ronit. According to the police, the corpse was of Ronit’s and Anurag was a suspect in his murder.
