Kasautii Zindagii Kay February 20, 2019 Written Update: Prerna unaware of the change
Today, in Kasautii Zindagii Kay, we see how Anurag and Komolika’s roka ceremony is done while Prerna is unaware of the developments.
In the previous episode, we have seen how Komolika had killed Rajesh while keeping a condition in front of Anurag to get married to her as Moloy had promised. Anurag comes to the Sharma family and indirectly tells everyone that he will be doing what he had promised Moloy and that he was ready to pay whatever cost he had to for keeping his father’s words. Here, Komolika and Anurag were getting engaged and the pandit tells Mohini to hand over the family jewellery to Anurag which he will give Komolika. Anurag had given Komolika the family jewellery and the according to the customs the pandit tells Anurag to ask something from Komolika. Anurag took Komolika aside to ask for something in return and he asked for the Sharma House papers from Komolika. Komolika asks Anurag whether or not he wanted the papers for Prerna or the family to which he agrees.
Komolika tells Anurag that she will hand over the papers to Anurag once they get engaged. Anurag takes a hasty decision and tells Komolika that he will make an announcement of the engagement right then. Anurag comes out and announces their engagement the next day while Komolika backs Anurag suggesting the family get their engagement ceremony done as Moloy might react seeing Anurag and Prerna together.
Anurag looks at his phone and sees Prerna’s miss calls and wonders why had she called so many times. He calls her back when Prerna talks to Anurag about how she trusts him more than herself. Anurag gets emotional and couldn’t talk anything and bursts into crying after he disconnects. He looks at Prerna’s picture and apologises while saying he had no other choice other than agreeing to marry Komolika.
On the other hand, Nivedita asks Anupam why he was tense to which Anupam says that he needed to speak to Anurag once. While Anupam was approaching Anurag, Mohini gets him involved in dancing with Komolika as his dad would have liked. Komolika and Anurag went to the dance floor and Anurag sees Prerna in Komolika and dances while Komolika realises that Anurag was thinking her to be Prerna which angers her.
