Kasautii Zindagii Kay April 4, 2019 Written Update: Prerna becomes Happy Singh
Today in Kasautii Zindagii Kay, a team of income tax officers, led by Happy Singh, raids the Basu mansion. However, Komolika suspects foul play.
In the previous episode, Prerna shocks everyone by snatching the confession papers from Komolika. Later, Anurag decides to win Komolika's trust while she demands a kiss from him. Prerna had agreed to execute the plan that Anupam had suggested. Anurag leaves for the office and Anupam calls Prerna to come. Komolika discussed her plan with Mohini of making Prerna stay for a couple of days more as she wanted her to suffer. Prerna, Shivani and Anupam enter as income tax officers Haapy Singh, Manjot Dhillon and Daljeet Bhalla respectively. Earlier, Anupam had suggested they raid the Basu Badi to get the papers from the lockers.
Ronit tried to leave the house just when Shivani slaps him giving him an excuse of mosquitos. They instruct the family members to remain in the hall while they planned to look for the papers. Here, Komolika and Mohini get suspicious about the income tax officers and finds something fishy. Komolika wanted to check the id cards of the officers which they haven’t carried. Earlier, Veena had informed Mahesh, Prerna’s brother, about Komolika’s evil intentions of getting the papers signed by Prerna, by getting her under the influence of bhaang. She also tells Mahesh about their plan to go to Basu Badi for the raid. Mahesh had asked Veena whether or not they had prepared their ids, as anyone could want to recheck their identities.
He assures Veena that he will take care of their ids. Mahesh comes as Toto, their driver and hands over their ids, which saves them from Komolika’s suspicion. Komolika demands to see Anupam’s id too but Mahesh couldn’t arrange for his as he did not have his photo. To distract Komolika, Anupam pretends to get furious and tells them that they were here for work. In haste he gives Komolika her phone. Komolika repeatedly calls Anurag which he does not pick, being busy in the conference. Seeing Anurag not pick his phone, Komolika calls her father who too was busy in his election campaign.
