Kasam Teri Pyaar Ki  21 September written update:  Rishi is heartbroken

Rishi is upset and in tears when Tanuja comes to him. Rishi sees her and questions her on why she has come for him now, to which Tanuja says, that she had to. Rishi, unconvinced tells her that he loved her and only her but she was in someone else’s arms. Tanuja tries to convince him and asks him to come home, but he refuses saying that the home she is referring to, died when she left. Tanu is trying to tell him that sometimes because of fate two people who love each other can't be together, but he says that if she chooses to be with him, nothing, not even fate can keep them apart ever. Tanuja deeply affected by his words, hugs him and tells him, that she will never leave him, and Rishi asks her to promise, claiming that if she does he will die. 

Suddenly Manpreet is there and Tanuja isn’t, revealing that Rishi has been hallucinating. Rishi tries to convince Manpreet that Tanuja was there a couple of seconds ago, but Manpreet gets agitated and screams saying no, it was just you and me, and she is not here. 

He then tries to console Rishi.

Meanwhile AK comes to Tanuja and says that dinner is ready. She mistakes him for Rishi, and he corrects her saying Abhi. He asks her if she is still crying. She says that maybe Rishi’s pain is falling from her eyes, and goes on to check on Natasha. 

Manpreet is doing his best to help Rishi cope with his heartbreak and offers him wine. After which they drive back to the house. 

Natasha comes to Tanuja and declares that a lot of gifts were bought for her by her Papa, to which Tanu doesn't reply. She goes onto prepare dinner but when Abhi comes there she avoids him and leaves, saying she feels like resting. 

Rishi is drunk when he arrives home, and his emotions are heightened, making him accuse Manpreet of increasing his pain. Manpreet tries to take Rishi inside, but he states that only mad people live in the house, and everyone hated her. Manpreet tries to console him saying he is there for him, and that they are all family, but Rishi in his drunken state loudly questions how Tanuja could do this to him? Ahana and Naitra come out and Naitra tries to stabilise Rishi as he is falling. Rishi shouts at her and tells her to stay away stating that whenever she comes close to him, his Tanuja goes away from him. Ahana informs an upset Naitra that Tanuja had called her because she was worried. At which point Beeji arrives and says that they may be 2 bodies but are 1 soul. And distance doesn't come in between them understanding each other. 

Tanu is restless, and desperate to know about how Rishi is doing and decides to call him. On doing so Manpreet answers the video call, and she says that Natasha wanted to talk to him, thus she called. Manpreet shows her a sleeping Rishi, to which Tanuja sighs and says okay she will call again later. Tanuja is grateful he is fine and hugs the anklet he has given her and thinks of him.

AK and Natasha are playing when Tanuja comes and says that they should have dinner. 

Abhi states that he is happy to see her smile again, and asks her why. Natasha declared that maybe she has found her Mr. Handsome and thus stopped crying, just as she finds her teddy and stops crying. 

The next morning Tanya wants Rishi to take her to school, but Naitra tries to dissuade her, but Rishi agrees to do so, and goes and gets ready.

Rishi takes Tanya to school, and that is when Natasha and Tanuja arrive as well. Natasha greets him and goes away, leaving both alone. Tanuja asks him why does she feel like he is angry with her, to which Rishi just glares, remembering the previous night’s happening. 

Next Episode- Tanuja is in the witness box, in court being questioned by Rishi’s lawyer. He asks about the day that Natasha had an accident and the happenings of the day.
