The Kapil Sharma Show starts with a skit by Sumona Chakravarty, Krushna, Chandan Prabhakar and Kapil Sharma. Kapil then calls the guests for today, Olympic medallist Wrestlers Sakshi Malik and Yogeshwar Dutt, also table tennis champion Manika Batra. Sakshi and Yogeshwar were accompanied by their spouses Satyawart Kadian and Sheetal respectively. Kapil asked jokingly that since she started training since childhood no one would have dared to eve tease her. Sakshi agreed and also shared that when she started girls were not encouraged at wrestling however she had her parent’s support.

She trained with boys to build strength and make herself better. Sakshi applauded the parents mostly from Haryana who are now supporting their daughters. She spoke about her husband Satyawart and his qualities. She shares one incident where she didn’t do well in one of the tournaments and her husband sang for 30 minutes to uplift her mood. Manika told that she started playing table tennis at the age of 4 and also that she cannot resist pani puri however she does take care of her of what she eats and works out daily. She also shares that she did get modelling offers owing to her good height however she declined those as she wanted to focus on her game.






Kapil asks a few members of the audience to do a ramp walk on stage. Wrestler Yogeshwar Dutt revealed that The Kapil Sharma Show gives him real strength and he watches it to de-stress before every match. He mentions that it helps him to calm down and perform better. The episode ends with a selfie.
