The Kapil Sharma Show March 3, 2019 Written Update: Celebrity Punjabi Singers grace the show today
Today in The Kapil Sharma Show, Mikka Singh, Daler Mehendi, Jassi and Hansraj Hans become nostalgic and share their childhood stories while entertaining the audiences with a mind-blowing jugalbandi.
Kapil at the beginning of the show invites Daler Mehendi who sings a song on Lord Shiva. Kapil requests Daler to sing a few lines of ‘Deewani’, which Daler perfroms flawlessly while the audience gets hooked on this beautiful song. We see a lot of energy in Daler Mehendi while he performed the song, and was applauded by everyone. Kapil welcomes Hansraj Hans next, who was awarded with a Padma Shri and had sung many famous songs in Bollywood as well as marvelled in few of thePunjabi pop albums. Kapil asks Daler, whether or not Hansraj and Daler had seen the compatibility of the surrs before getting their children married to each other. Meanwhile, Jasbir Jassi was invited by Kapil to join the duo. Jasbir also entered with his famous ‘Dil Legai Kudi Gujrati Ki’ medley and rocked the stage.
Kapil asked Jasbir whether or not actually there was a gujrati girl in his life which inspired him to sing the song, to which Jasbir agreed and told that there actually was a Gujrati girl in his life. Next to grace the show, was none other than Mikka Singh, who sang the ever famous ‘Jumme Ki Raat’ which was like a cherry on the cake. Kapil makes fun and praises Mikka to sing more songs each year who in return makes fun of Kapil that he had to sing for free in Kapil’s marriage. Mikka tells that he also would soon get married as now Kapil was also married. Mikka shares how he played a prank on Jassi in Kapil’s marriage. Mikka also tells the actual story how Hansraj Hans and Daler actually met and it was not very different than a Bollywood Classic.
Everyone was seen pull each other’s leg and revealing embarrassing moments about the other. The distributers of Sony TV were also present in the show, while Kapil’s wife, Ginni increased the charm, sitting in the audience. Kapil requests Hansrah Hans to sing a few lines, who was gradually joined by Daler and Jassi, which turned into a beautiful jugalbandi, mesmerizing the audience. After a great performance, Sapna aka Krushna comes and performs the skit beautifully, making the guests and the audience laugh while holding their stomach. The guests had a moment of laughter, when Sapna asks Hansraj Hans whether or not they stay in a pond as there were too many Hans in the family. Kiku Sharda and Bharti along with Krushna and the guests enjoy participating in ‘Baal Ki Khaal’ and the audience laugh out their wits with the humour and the assorted skits of the team.
