Shivaay reveals to Anika the reason behind all the drama.
Anika asks Shivaay the reason behind his pretense of not remembering Anika, but Shivaay refuses to tell her the reason and says he just cannot tell her. He tells Anika that he does not want her to fall in any kind of trouble and that's why will handle everything on his own but just as he tries to walk out Anika reminds him of their wedding vows.
Shivaay gets emotional, Anika begs him to tell her and Shivaay takes her with him to tell her. Shivaay shows Anika a video where 25 years back Kalyani Mills caught fire and Tej, Jhanvi, Shakti, and Pinky are seen.
Tanya has been blackmailing Shivaay for the same. The senior Oberois present at the Kalyani Mills discuss what exactly had happened 25 years ago. Shivaay and Anika watch the video and try to figure out what exactly had happened.
Tanya assures some stranger on call that she will destroy the Oberois. Meanwhile, an angry Omkara walks away from Gauri, but Gauri forces Omkara to stop and listen to her and as he ignores her and starts to walk, Gauri speaks in fluent English which surprises Omkara. Gauri justifies herself in English to Omkara and he is just very shocked to hear Gauri speak in English. She tells him that she was away for so long so that she could learn English to win Omkara's love but is now ashamed to have fallen in love with a man like Omkara. She tells him he can never fix things between them ever again and tears the love letter she wrote for him.
Shivaay is worried about the fact that if the video leaks then the entire Oberoi empire will suffer. Anika tells Shivaay to dig in deep and find out the truth.
Anika and Shivaay pretend to fight and hate each other in front of Tanya to assure her that her plan is working. Bhavya tries to find out the culprit behind her getting trapped.
Tanya informs the blackmailer about Shivaay and Anika's fights. Abhay is the one trying to destroy the Oberois?
