Bepannaah May 1, 2018, Written Update: Zoya slits her wrist and Aditya saves her
In today's episode, Zoya is seen slitting her wrist while in the shower. Aditya manages to save her in the meantime and takes her to the hospital along with Noor.
The episode starts with Zoya remembering her discussing marriage with Yash and how he put mangalsutra around her neck. She comes back to the present and packs all the stuff Yash gave her including mangalsutra.
Yash's mom yells at Mahi for telling ill about Zoya while she was standing right there. Mahi tells her mom that she needs to stop worrying about Zoya. Noor, on the other hand, gets worried about Zoya and plans to call her Ammi but she stops herself.
Aditya's dad talks to Anjana and Sakshi about the incident which happened. He tells that can end up destroying their family. He blames on Zoya and Pooja, girls in Aditya's life for everything. Anjana agrees to her husband and says that Aditya is like her who believes in wrong people and suffers.
Aditya is seen chugging a bottle down while dancing in a club. A girl tries to get close to him but he says he is not interested.
Noor asks help from Yash's mom as Zoya is not opening the door. Mahi tells her that Zoya must be feeling that she should be alone right now and Noor needs to chill. Noor tells Mahi that she looks happy looking at Zoya's state. But Mahi denies it all.
Noor then calls Aditya and tells her everything about Zoya's state. Aditya in shock goes towards Zoya's home.
Zoya is seen standing in the shower and remembers all good and bad moments of her life which include Yash her Abu and Aditya.
Zoya slits her wrist as she couldn't hold back remembering all the blame she suffered due to Yash. Drunk Aditya enters Zoya's home screaming her name. And Zoya in pain tries to get up but falls back on the floor. Aditya opens the bathroom door and sees Zoya lying on the floor with blood all over.
Aditya and Noor take Zoya the hospital. Mahi tells her mom that she doesn't care if anything happens to Zoya.
Mahi in the hospital whispers that she is not lucky to as Zoya's life will be saved. Aditya hears it and takes Mahi away in anger. He tells her that she should stop backbiting or else will Zoya about her reality. Mahi tells him that even though they fight all the time why is he so concerned about her. Aditya tells her that she is such a negative person that she won't understand at all.
The doctor tells Aditya that nothing can be told now which scares him. He stands outside the ward and says don't die because of undeserving people.
