Bepannaah April 11, 2018, Written update: Aditya is concerned about Zoya's health

Today's episode start with Mahi explaining Madhu that Zoya is their ATM and she should be treating her well.  Yash’s mother refuses to accept that Zoya is nowhere responsible for Yash’s fate. Mahi advises her to stay quiet then. Yash’s mother asks her if she should let her son’s killer stay in their house and act as if nothing happened. Mahi gives up on her and goes inside.

Mahi asks the doctor about Zoya’s health. He advises to let Zoya rest for a while. Mahi tells Zoya to rest today. Mahi says to Zoya that she could have stayed but she has to manage the haldi arrangement and Zoya can help on phone. 

She begins to look for her phone and panics. She finds it inside a pack of rice under her pillow and is relieved as it has all the memories intact. She wonders who saved her phone? Then, a flashback is shown that Aditya is holding Zoya's phone.

Adiya calls his brother Arjun to ask about Zoya's well-being. Arjun replies back saying that she is fine and asks him why is hurting Zoya first and now is worried about her. Aditya replies saying that there are some wounds that never heal. 

Arjun’s mother asks Arjun where was he stayed all night and irritated by the whole scene, he says that he isn't like Aditya. In the meanwhile, the doorbell rings. Courier guy hands over some packages to the servant. He thinks that the diary just got delivered and checks the packages but does not find the diary amongst them. Servant takes the packages upstairs to Harsh’s study. Harsh asks Satish (servant) when he cleaned the table last. Satish starts clearing it right away. Arjun notices the package in his hand as he is cleaning.

In the next scene, Zoya reaches the venue. The staff is surprised to see her there. Mona takes her inside and shows her the preps. Mona and other interns also provide her an update. They head back to their work. Bella greets Zoya as she is back and she is surprised to see that Aditya is helping her. She says to herself that why is he helping her so much. Cut to next scene, Mahi feels that the hatred between Zoya and Aditya is fading and she will have to do something that it doesn't happen. 

Then, Mahi hears two inspectors disguised as waiter talking about that they are here to keep a check on Zoya and Aditya if they want the insurance money or not. If things go well in Bella's haldi ceremony then things are fine. 

In the next sequence, you see Aditya and Zoya changing the decoration and then they get stuck in garland of flowers. They are lost in each other's eyes and then, Aditya leaves the spot. Mahi taunts Zoya saying - Bohot Mahek Rahi ho! 

Cut to the next scene, Zoya sends Akansha to get haldi. Zoya goes back to her memories and starts thinking about her haldi ceremony when no one came to attend. 

In the next scene, when Akansha is getting haldi she collides with Aditya and his kurta is spoiled. He goes to clean it and Bella's friends find Aditya hot and go to him for clicking a selfie. Zoya is in the frame and start smiling. 

Bella is seen telling her friends to stay away from her fiance.In the same sequence, Mahi calls Akansha and commands her that Bella wants to meet Rohan alone and she should tell Rohan to meet Bella.
