Ishqbaaz April 25 written update: Anika real identity revealed; Will Shivaay accept it?
Shivaay gets shocked knowing Anika is an orphan, leaves pooja midway
The episode starts with Anika questioning Shivaay what is wrong with his mood. She sees Shivaay's cracked phone screen and further quizzes him about what went wrong and made him so angry. Shivaay remains mum but hugs Anika tightly in response. Shivaay asks her where did she go. Anika earnestly replies saying that she went to the chawl to see Mahi as she believes that he is not as bad a guy as we believe him to be. Shivaay gets angry and tells her to not take such risks.
Later, Anika sees Shivaay take his medicines which remind her of the medicine bottle she had seen in Mahi's house. She tries to connect the dots and comes to a conclusion that there is perhaps some connection between the two. She gives Shivaay blood-stained (with Mahi's blood on it) shirt for a DNA test.
Later guruji comes and Shivaay and Anika sit down for it. Anika gets tensed after Guruji asks for her family name but Shivaay answers it nonchalantly unaware of the reality. However, Anika stops him midways and reveals that she is just Anika as she doesn't know her khoon, khaandaan. This comes as a surprise to the family members. Pinky taunts Anika saying that how is that even possible. When we get a dog, we take so many things into consideration including his breed etc.
Shivaay leaves getting furious. Anika gets upset and couldn't stop her tears. Once Shivaay leaves, she records a voice message apologizing to Shivaay for not telling hi this before. She further questions him if her family name is more important to him than what they share. Shivaay comes and Anika hugs him tightly.
