Beyhadh 13th April Written Update - Maya shoots Saanj
Saanj interrogates Maya, and Maya unable to take it any longer, shoots Saanj
Saanj continues to accuse Maya of being an insane woman. Arjun tells Saanj to stop saying whatever she feels like in court. Saanj then tells him that she understands that it must be hard for Arjun to admit that his wife calls the shots in their relationship. Arjun gets angry and tells Saanj not to give him a lecture.
Arjun then gets out of the witness box and Saanj calls Maya into the witness box.
Maya gives Saanj a look before getting into the witness box. Saanj calls Maya, Maya mehrotra and Maya corrects her and tells her to call her Maya Arjun Sharma. Saanj asks Maya why she had tied Arjun to a bed the night Ayan attempted to rape her. She asks Maya if she did so to ensure that Arjun would not run away. Maya says that Arjun would never run away from her. Saanj asks Maya what she did when Arjun did not show up at the airport when they were to leave for London. Maya says she tried to call Arjun, and Saanj cuts her off and tells her that she tried to call Arjun 40 times and when he did not answer the calls she hit herself and made the plane call on an emergency landing. Saanj reminds Maya that Arjun left Maya stranded at the airport on the flight not because of any valid reason, but because he wanted to spend time with his family.
Saanj tells the court that every single time Arjun has tried to maintain a relationship with anybody but Maya, Maya has managed to break that relationship in Arjun’s life.
Saanj asks Maya how she got off the plane when Arjun did not get on to the plane. When Maya lies and says that she got hurt on her head, Saanj tells everybody that Maya threw all the cabin baggage down and in the process got hurt while on flight due to which the plane had to undergo an emergency landing. Saanj through this tries to prove that Maya is the kind of woman who can lie about anything or anybody just to get her way.
Saanj tells the court that Maya wanted to punish Arjun’s family as the only mistake they have committed is that Arjun still loves them.
Saanj asks Maya where the ambulance and the ambulance driver from the day when she stopped the flight are. Saanj tells everybody that Maya was ok until she got into the ambulance and as soon as she got into the ambulance she fainted. Saanj says that if Maya was genuinely as hurt as she claims to be, then why did Maya not go directly to the hospital and why did she go meet Arjun first.
Saanj then narrates the incidents that took place once the ambulance reached Arjun’s house.
Maya unable to take it anymore walks out of the witness box and up to a constable. She pulls a gun out of the constable’s pocket and shoots Saanj in front of everybody in the court.
Maya smiles on seeing Saanj fallen to the ground. Maya realises that she was just imagining the whole scenario. Saanj calls Maya crazy in front of everybody.
Saanj begs the judge to punish Maya, in order to teach all women out there not to accuse innocent men of such things ever again.
Maya walks out of the witness box and Saanj tells Maya that she cannot run from the truth any longer. Maya walks to the middle of the court and stops in her tracks. She turns around towards the judger and starts undoing her dress to show the court marks on her body to prove that Ayan indeed try to rape her. Arjun yells out asking Maya to stop.
