Shakti Astitva ke Ehsaas ki – Written Update – 13th April 2017 - Saumya turns into a midwife for Shanno
Saumya helps Shanno through labour, Shanno’s baby is born dead, everybody blames Saumya for this.
Shanno’s stomach starts hurting and Harman quickly calls up the hospital and asks for an ambulance. The hospital receptionist tells Harman that the ambulance cannot come as the ambulance drivers are all on a strike.
Saumya tries to take care of Shanno but Chachaji yells at her and tells her not to touch his wife as it will be a bad omen.
Saumya calls up Nani and asks her what she should do. Nani tells Saumya how to be a midwife. She instructs her on how she should conduct Shanno’s delivery. After a lot of hesitation, Chachaji exits the room with Harman to allow Saumya to proceed with Shanno’s delivery.
Saumya and Harman’s baby starts crying but Chachaji does not pay any attention to their child. Harman comes up to Chachaji and tells him not to be so heartless at least when it comes to a child.
Preeto and the rest of the family come home worried for Shanno. Shanno lets out a scream and Preeto on hearing this, runs into the room. Saumya then gives everybody the good news that Shanno has given birth to a son.
Everyone rejoices and amidst all the happiness, Raavi points out that the kid is not crying.
Preeto then says that the child is not crying, as Saumya the kinnar has helped Shanno through labour. Preeto blames Saumya for Shanno giving birth to a lifeless child.
Everybody begins to cry. Harak Singh denies that the child is dead and so does Shanno.
Veeral gets angry with Saumya and tells Harman that he does not want Saumya near his child or his wife. Preeto in agreement with Veeral blames Saumya for the incident. Harman then takes the baby out of Preeto’s hand and hands the child over to Saumya.
He announces that Saumya will now bring the child back to life. Saumya starts singing a lullaby and the child lets out a tiny cry. Everybody is shocked and happy as the child is alive.
Shanno ungrateful about Saumya helpful act, tells her to keep her baby down and out of her hands. Harman gets extremely angry and tells everybody that Saumya cannot live amongst people who are so ungrateful and if she does not live amongst them, he will not live with them either.
