Beyhadh 12th April Written Update - Saanj takes over the court room
Saanj interrogates Arjun and tries to get him to say that Maya controls him

Saanj tells the judge to tell Arjun to only speak when spoken too. The judge tells Arjun to shut up. Saanj says that how could anybody try to rape Maya in her own house when her house has so much security. Saanj accuses Maya of lying and staging a rape scenario in her home. Saanj then asks Arjun to leave the witness box. Arjun goes up to Maya and apologises to her and just as he is about to hold her hand, Maya tells him not to touch her hand as he has made her seem like a disgusting woman in front of everybody.
Saanj calls Simran, Ayan’s fiancé in the witness box. Simran tells everybody in the court that Ayan is a really nice man and Maya is a liar. Simran’s parents too stand up for Ayan and testify that Ayan cannot be a rapist and that the charges against him are nothing but fake. Saanj then presents a folder with statements of people who know Ayan and have vouched for his good character to the judge. She then calls Arjun into the witness box once again. Arjun’s lawyer refutes this but the judge allows Saanj to call Arjun back.
Arjun comes into the witness box and Saanj asks him if he hits Maya. Maya stands up and says that Arjun does not hit Maya, but Saanj screams at her and tells her that only Saanj is allowed to scream in the courtroom.
Saanj then taunts Maya about the million CCTV cameras she has placed in her house and tells her that the court too has CCTV cameras just like her home.
Saanj then asks Arjun about how Maya declared in a press conference that she is pregnant. She asks Arjun whether Maya is pregnant in reality or was lying. Saanj then tells the court that medical reports suggest that Maya was never pregnant. Saanj says that the only reason a woman would lie about her pregnancy is if she has planned a bigger lie ahead. Saanj then declares in court that the entire press conference, alongside Maya and Arjun is all fake. Maya cannot hear more and stands up and says that she thought she was pregnant, but maybe god does not want her to have a baby. She reminds Saanj of the time she lost her baby because of Saanj 3 years ago. Maya attributes her fake pregnancy to a pregnancy test that was not accurate. Saanj tells everybody that Maya surely loves Arjun, but Arjun does not love Maya at all. Arjun says that all the things Saanj is saying is a lie. Saanj then asks Arjun that if she is lying, then why did Arjun tell Ayan all these things. Arjun says that the cameras are only installed in their home for security reasons.
Saanj tells the judge to note that Arjun and Maya’s relationship is not healthy. Saanj says that even after everything when Maya could not keep Arjun in her control, she decided to stage a rape case to keep Arjun with herself. Arjun says that no woman would ever do this. Saanj then asks Arjun where he was while Ayan was attempting to rape Maya. Arjun says he was sleeping. Saanj mocks him in the courtroom. Saanj asks him if he slept on his own or Maya made him sleep. Arjun says that he drank with Ayan and hence slept. He then says that he heard Ayan’s voice saying things to Maya. Saanj then tells the judge to note that even though Arjun heard Ayan trying to rape Maya, he did not get up and try to save her. She then asks him if Maya had locked him in the room. Arjun lies and says that he was not tied down by Maya, just drunk and asleep.
Saanj narrates the happenings of the previous day to the judge in Ayan;s words.
Maya in angered on hearing this.
