Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai April 4 written update: Suhasini gets angry at Naira for sleeping during reception
Suhasini and Manish get annoyed at Naira for being irresponsible.
The episode begins with Singhanias coming to Goenka house for Nair reception and Kartik's reception. Dadi and Manish ask for about Naitik but are informed about his illness. Kartik asks Naira to open the door. But she, who is fast asleep doesn't hear Kartik’s voice. Suhasini goes to check Naira and call her for the reception. Naira wakes up and gets shocked to realize that she had fallen asleep. She panics. Kartik who realises her state, asks her to calm down.
Suhasini bumps into Swarna. She informs her that someone was looking for her. Suhasini gets to know that Naira is not ready yet as she had fallen asleep. She informs Manish about it. Both get miffed at her. Singhanias too come to know about it and get worried for Naira. Meanwhile, Swarna helps Naira to get ready. Naitik finds a gift in his house and gets shocked to know that the family forgot to take it to the reception.
Naira and Kartik come out. Karthik apologizes to Suhasini on Naira’s behalf. Suhasini scolds Naira. Swarna takes the blame on herself. Dadi humiliates her as well. Kartik comes and sees Naira’s family waiting for her. He wants to take her to meet them. She refuses to go with him and is scared of Suhasini's anger. They get ready for recption. Naira feels anxious not to see Naitik. She decides to go and meet her family but a minister enters. She sees Naitik and gets excited.
